[Résolu] Carte Graphique Nvidia, Optimus et Bumblebee...

Bonjour à toutes et à tous.

Je souhaite installer Bumblebee avec les pilotes propriétaires, ayant un portable avec le système Optimus. J'ai suivis ce tuto, mais arrivé à la fin, j'ai la même valeur d'ips pour les deux commandes suivante:

glxgears


optirun glxgears



J'ai donc l'impression que mon installation n'est pas fonctionnelle. J'ai sûrement raté quelque chose, mais je ne vois pas... et ce, malgré mes recherches. Si vous avez une idée, je suis preneur.

Je suis à votre disposition pour plus d'infos. Merci d'avance.

tu a une jessie avec quel sources.list  (utilise tu les backports et a tu "main" ou "main contrib non-free  a la fin des lignes)
le retour de la commande lspci

tu a installé bunblebee  ou bunblebee-nvidia  ?
la version de ton driver nvidia (peut etre le contenu de /var/log/Xorg.0.log )
Quelle valeur d ips dans les 2 cas ?

nota: le tuto a 4 ans (2012 ou la date a pas éré actualisée  roll )
sinon le tuto a l'air complet , a tu eu des erreurs lors de l installation ?

ps: si ton portable est récent , je pense a un probleme de driver nvidia non compatible , tu dois pouvoir installer le paquet nvidia-detect (il est autonome ne perturbe en rien l installation )
voir ce qui te répond en retour de la commande "nvidia-detect"
si tu est en "main contrib non-free" avec synaptic tu peut l installer  =>  https://packages.debian.org/jessie/x11/nvidia-detect

J'ai bien installé la commande bumblebee-nvidia comme indiqué dans le tuto.

Je me suis fait la même remarque, mais comme le sujet sur le forum lié à ce tuto comporte des message de mai 2016 a propos de mises à jour du wiki, je me suis dit que c'était ok.
Pas d'erreur remarquée lors de l'installation. Par contre, je reconnais avoir oublié de mettre les backport dans le sources.list au début, ce que j'ai corrigé par la suite. Peut être me faut-il  tout recommencer.

Donc juste a me confirmer que tu a bien installé le driver des dépots de jessie et pas des backports.
nota: pour installer les backport il faut ajouter a la commande "jessie/backports"
pour toi le bon driver est le 340 , le natif de jessie (ou le legacy 304 ), juste besoin de "main contrib non-free" , celui des backports n'est pas nécessaire
je dirai que ton installation est correcte , aprés pour le Xorg.0.log tu ne me l a pas mit entier donc je ne peut pas vérifier le chargement des drivers .
comme je suis pas spécialiste portable , quelqu un aura peut etre d'autres choses a te demander ou a faire

ps: tu peut regarder / chercher dans /var/log/syslog les erreurs aussi

PS2: en regardant de plus pres nvidia-detect te conseille le 304 , mais il finit par nvidia-driver donc le natif 340 (qui doit gérer ta carte nvidia )
elle accepte les 2 (304 et 340 ) Your card is supported by the default drivers and legacy driver series 304
tu peut trouver les cartes prisent en compte dans "/usr/share/doc/nvidia-driver/README.txt.gz" mais je fais confiance a nvidia-detect

ton portable a plus de 5 ans ?

Je confirme pour le driver des dépôts jessie et non pas backports, sauf erreur, ayant fait cette commande:

apt-get install nvidia-kernel-dkms nvidia-xconfig nvidia-settings nvidia-vdpau-driver vdpau-va-driver mesa-utils bumblebee-nvidia primus



J'ai bien le pilote 340 d'installés. Et j'ai acheté mon portable il y a tout juste 5 ans en octobre.

je vois bien que ta carte intel est bien configuré , mais rien sur la carte nvidia.
je n'ai aucune idée comment bumblebee configure les 2 cartes , j'avais pensé que au démarrage les 2 seraient configuré mais a priori ce n est pas le cas.
ton installation me semble correcte .

tu a bien installé la prise en  charge 32 sur ton systeme 64 (i386 )  ?

je pense que bumblebee crée un fichier xorg.conf quelque part , peut etre voir son contenu (sur le tuto il est bien précisé de ne pas le créer manuellement )

Bon, au final, m'est avis que tout fonctionne bien malgré les valeurs "glxgears" identiques.

Il me semble que la seconde commande lance bien le pilote nvidia.

Par ailleurs, en faisant un test avec un jeu dont je sais qu'il n'a pas un affichage correct sur le processeur graphique intégré, mais ok avec la CG, j'ai pu voir la différence.

Donc pour conclure, M'est avis que tout est ok au final.
