dpkg "cycle found while processing triggers" libc-bin

Bonjour j'ai installer debian testing et quand je tente d'installer des paquet l'installation ce fait mais finit par

J'ai tenter de faire un
sudo apt-get -f install
mais même résultat

sudo apt-get -f install

ou encore

sudo dpkg --configure libc-bin

Je peut caché le problème avec
sudo dpkg --configure --no-triggers libc-bin
Mais évidement il reviens si je fait un
sudo dpkg --configure --triggers libc-bin

J'ai aussi tenté de désinstaller et réinstaller  libc-bin
Mais toujours la même erreur vous avez une idée?

Ce bug est présent depuis quelque jour mais jusque à maintenant il n'avais aucune incidence mais la j'ai installé qtcreator et quand je le lance j'ai
