problème de sortie de veille et ndivia

bonjour,
sur un portable dell precision M90, équipé d'une carte graphique nvidia quadro FX-1500M, j'ai installé stretch avec mate. le pilote nouveau gère mieux cette carte, par rapport à jessie.
par contre, quand je mets en veille, la sortie de veille est assez souvent défectueuse. j'arrive sur un écran de pointillés multicolorés. on ne peut rien faire d'autre que forcer l'extinction.
d'expérience sur jessie, je sais que ce problème se règle bien quand on installe les pilotes nvidia legacy.
par contre, cela créé des bugs dans l'extinction et le redémarrage de la machine, car on arrive sur la fenêtre de connexion au lieu de redémarrer ou d'éteindre.
de ce fait, j'aimerais autant conserver le pilote nouveau. mais si possible avec une sortie de veille correcte.
une idée ?

Bonjour
pas trop de solutions a ton souci
pour une bonne prise en charge de la veille il faut que la carte video soit bien géré au niveau matériel et par le driver.
tu peu préciser le type de veille ?  (juste la veille de l'écran ou tout l ordinateur (hibernation))
avec un juste un écran noir ou pas .
ton swap est correct
tu a des erreurs ACPI au boot de l ordinateur ? (ou des erreurs de nouveau dans le log de "syslog" )

par exemple le cas de Mate , désactiver le plus de choses (garder juste l extinction de l'écran )

merci pour ton retour.
non, ce n'est pas la fonction de veille de l'écran, mais celle de l'ordi. l'hibernation est une veille profonde et lente. la veille "mettre en veille" permet de sortir instantanément. je m'en sers constamment quand je quitte l'ordi et j'y reviens plus tard. je vais regarder pour les erreurs acpi. je n'en ai pas notées.

donc pour une veille profonde , il te faut entre une fois la quantité de mémoire vive et une fois et demie .
pour 4 Go par exemple entre 4 et 6Go  ( a faire confirmer par ceux qui l utilise , moi en PC fixe je ne l utilise pas )

pas forcément la carte vidéo qui pose problème , si la veille de l'écran fonctionne correctement , la aussi voir avec les personnes qui utilisent la veille profonde .

je me suis mal exprimé. la veille profonde (hibernation) fonctionne. c'est lorsque je sors de la veille simple (de l'ordi), une fois sur cinq l'écran est gelé. je dois forcer l'extinction. en principe, ce problème disparaît avec le pilote nvidia legacy. mais ce pilote crée d'autres problèmes...

n'ayant pas trouvé de solution à ce problème intermittent de sortie de veille sous mate, et toutes les tentatives d'installation du pilote nvidia legacy ayant échoué, j'ai installé xfce en plus de mate. et là, plus de souci de sortie de veille. je reste pour l'instant avec xfce. merci pour votre aide. je vais noter résolu, bien que l'origine du problème n'a pas été trouvée.

j'ai parlé trop vite. après plusieurs jours sans souci avec xfce, premier gel, à nouveau, en sortie de veille... je retire donc la mention "résolue". à suivre.
