[Résolu]Problèmes pc.

Bonsoir,
J'ai un soucis avec un vieux IBM ThinkCentre qui est devenu rétif à toutes installations- quelles soient de Linux ou de Windows - il ne tolère Debian que difficilement. Sans trop m'étendre sur le sujet -car je pense que que l'outil est fatiqué même si le niveau matériel est apparemment correcte-, j'aurais voulu connaître l'origine de ce problème -assez récent. Dans quelle direction dois-je chercher d'après vous ?

C'est incomplet. Utilise la commande dmesg pour afficher tous les messages récents du noyau.

Bah tout vient à point avec un peu de pratique, nous avons tous débutés sur le forum aussi.

Pour modifier ton message, utilise le lien à droite du post à modifier : Modifier
Il suffit ensuite d'indiquer  code et /code avec les crochets chacun au début et à la fin du retour de la commande comme te l'indique Crouton qui vient de gagner un point choco df avec le lien mis sur son post !

Merci pour vos explications , J'espère que c'est mieux comme ça. Mais le file est lourd et donne une durée d'ouverture de session fausse, en fait moins d'une minute, de nouveaux messages s'ajoutent ensuite - à partir de la ligne [300], messages qui s'affiche à l'extinction. Je résume un peu mes soucis : J'ai fait pas mal d'installations sur ce pc, toujours sans problèmes. Dernièrement, Stretch sur kde -un peu lent en graphique- et ensuite sur Gnome ;
Ayant récupéré un cd Windows, j'ai voulu le tester mais je n'ai réussi à l'installer. A partir de là, la machine est devenu instable : Après bien des tentatives sur une bonne dizaine de distributions potentielles -MS ou linux - J'ai fini par placé MX16 ( sur laquelle je suis actuellement) mais c'est pas la joie : Outre ces messages bizarres pour moi, le pc freeze par moment , voir reboote sans raison. J'ajoute que j'ai testé le disque dur et la ram, changé le lecteur dvd,  que j'ai aussi testé les noyaux disponibles et que les cd d'installations utilisés , avaient tous servi à une installation précédente, donc n'étaient pas altérés.

Erreur dans la gestion de la mémoire virtuelle (à ne pas confondre avec le swap), les deux fois lors d'une lecture de fichier par le programme md5sum (calcul et vérification de somme de contrôle).

Erreur matérielle. Le paquet mcelog peut servir à décoder les événements MCE.

D'après ce que j'ai lu, la mémoire virtuelle est activée quand la ram est insuffisante .( Je l'ai pourtant contrôlé  avec memtest ) . JE revérifie tout ça et je vois pour mcelog. A plus tard.

Malgré mon avertissement, tu confonds la mémoire virtuelle et le swap. Linux utilise en permanence la mémoire virtuelle, même s'il n'utilise pas le swap.
Et memtest n'a rien à voir avec le fait que la quantité de RAM soit suffisante ou pas. Il ne teste que sa qualité (absence d'erreurs).

J'ai lu la définition dans wikipédia, n'ayant pas de sources de connaissances autres. Et il n'était pas questions de swap dans ce que j'ai lu , même si apparemment, le stockage d'info se faisait aussi sur le D.D.(?). En attendant, j'ai installé mcelog mais j'avoue ne pas avoir encore compris comment le lancer, le man n'est pas très parlant pour moi. Pour l'instant,  le fichier /var/log/mcelog est vierge-  J'ai, à tout hasard , changé mes barètes et, au redémarrage, je n'ai pas, pour l'instant, les messages décrits plus hauts. 

P.S.: memtest n'avait pas marqué d'erreurs au moment du test , j'ai assez perdu de temps à le faire.

Après redémarrage, toujours pas de nouveaux messages ; il semblerait que tu aie vu juste au sujet de la mémoire  et je t'en remercie mais je ne sais pas si mes galères sont terminés pour autant. Ainsi, je m'aperçois que ,sur le forum, les postes sont affichés avec  une heure de retard sur cette machine ( pas sur mes autres pc ) alors que l'horloge système et Conky  sont à l'heure. J'ai changé la pile bios et fait un clear cemos mais sans résultat. ?????

Vérifie le réglage du fuseau horaire (timezone) et l'activation de l'heure d'été dans les paramètres de l'ordinateur et du forum.

Problème localisé , cela  vient du navigateur Opéra ( Midori n'active pas les balises chez moi ) et je trouve pas les options d'horaire dans les réglages. Mais c'est secondaire, grâce à toi, je sens que le pc va mieux .  Mais reste à confirmer que le soucis vient uniquement de la ram : Si c'est le cas, est-ce suffisant pour empêcher l'installation de distributions parmi les meilleures ? Je pensais un moment à des problèmes d'alim. , des micro-coupures , quelque chose de cet ordre. Ce genre d'incidents est-il signalé quelque part dans les logs ?
