[Résolu] Problème affichage écran (GNOME) écran inconnu

Salut, je poste un message ici pour demander de l'aide comme dis dans le titre, l'os ne reconnais pas mon écran et me met une resolution du 800*600 maximum sans pouvoir la changer, j'ai déjà essayer plein de solution, je ne sais plus quoi faire, sur windows mon ordinateur a une resolution de 1920*1080.
C'est un ordi portable avec 2 processeur graphique, un intel et un nvidia (Geforce 920M)

Bonsoir et bienvenue,

Euh... c'est quoi « plein de solutions » ? l'installation du paquet firmware-misc-nonfree faisait-elle partie du pack ?

apt install firmware-misc-nonfree


Cette commande est à exécuter après avoir ajouté la section non-free au fichier sources.list (cf. wiki).

Si le problème persiste, donne les références exactes et précises du portable, ainsi que le retour de :

lspci -nn


Le principe de la manip est d'installer les firmwares nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du GPU Intel.

voilà ce que la commande m'affiche, bien evidement j'ai tester l'astuce proposer et ça ne marche pas, je ne comprend vraiment pas..
la référence exacte de l'ordinateur est : ASUS R541U-DM306T

Pas trouvé les spécifications de ce modèle en particulier, mais a priori, le CPU est bien un Skylake/Kaby Lake.
Et le GPU Intel HD Graphics 620, est pris en charge par le module i915 depuis la version 4.5 du noyau Linux.

cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log

dmesg | egrep 'drm|i915|firmware'


J'imagine que tu as redémarré, ces commandes devraient apporter un complément d'informations.

OK ; ma faute... j'ai supposé que tu avais installé la version stable (Debian 9 Stretch), mais non apparemment :

Ton système est à jour, mais cela ne suffit pas, ton portable est trop récent pour Debian 8 Jessie !

et du coup je viens d'installer le " firmware-linux-nonfree" mais psa de changement..
je ne sais vraiment pas quoi faire HELP ^^.

Alors comme indiqué en #4 il te faut un noyau 4.5+, le 4.9 de Debian 9 Stretch semble tout indiqué :

  • soit réinstaller tout le système (image stretch native) ;

  • soit upgrader tout le système (jessie vers stretch) ;

  • soit installer le noyau stretch rétroporté (jessie-backports).


Tu le sens comment ? Comment avais-tu procédé initialement ? En clair avec quelle ISO ?

OK ; l'idéal serait que tu puisses vérifier la compatibilité matérielle avant d'installer en dur... du coup, une image Live incluant les firmwares non libres peut-être ? C'était une image Live celle de l'IUT ?

je vais l'installer en iso, je reviens d'ici 1h-2h j'ai pris la version gnome de ce que tu m'as envoyer en non-free ^^

il te faut  le firmware et le driver


apt-get --reinstall install xserver-xorg-video-intel firmware-misc-nonfree
 



et ton écran sera bien détecté sur Stretch 9

tu utilise ce driver :

normalement c'est le noyau qui prend en charge ta carte (KMS) , tu n'a meme plus besoin du paquet "xserver-xorg-video-intel"
les lignes doivent commencer par "modeset" et non pas "FBDEV"

ps : avec intel tu a DRI2 et DRI3 actif il me semble avec mesa 13.xx sur stretch 9

Voilà c'est fais pour l'installation en live et ça marche niquel.
Que faut il que je fasse maintenant que je l'installe en dur ?

J'ai un problème durant l'installation, lors du partionnement des disques il m'affiche
"l'outil d'installation n'a pas trouvé de méthode pour installer le système de base aucun cd d'installation n'a été trouver  et aucun miroir valable n'a été configurer"

Sur quel type de support as-tu copié ou gravé l'image ISO ? clé USB ? DVD-R ? avec quel utilitaire ?
Et surtout n'hésite pas à consulter le wiki dédié ou encore les Cahiers du débutant, si tu as le temps.

Pour « coula tout  » j'ai besoin d'un interprète... quelqu'un dans l'assemblée aurait-il un dictionnaire Djeuns → Quadra ?
Note que Rufus n'est pas l'outil recommandé, surtout si tu installe Debian en mode UEFI... anonyme, tu prends le relais ?

Désoler c'est le correcteur d'orthographe, sinon c'était voilà tout, lol, et moi avec rufus ça a bien marcher mais je pense que je vais trouver la solution pour installer le debian 9.3, mais faut-il forcément qu'il soit non free ?

Non... d'ailleurs, la voie royale est d'utiliser l'image netinstall ; les firmwares, tu peux les installer par la suite :

apt install firmware-misc-nonfree firmware-realtek


Si tu as du réseau bien sûr, le contrôleur Ethernet semble également avoir besoin d'un firmware.
