[Résolu] Problèmes post-installation

Salut à tous,
Comme dit dans mon sujet précédent, je suis donc revenu sous Deb Stretch. Install ok mais bien sûr si j'ouvre un topic c'est pas pour rien:

- pendant l'installation, j'ai eu un message me disant qu'un fichier de firmware était manquant. Je ne sais plus le nom. Je l'ai noté sur un papier volant qui est quelque part...

- j'ai voulu installer le pilote avec

apt-get install nvidia-detect


ça me renvoie ça:

Construction de l'arbre des dépendances      
Lecture des informations d'état... Fait
nvidia-detect is already the newest version (375.82-1~deb9u1).
0 mis à jour, 0 nouvellement installés, 0 à enlever et 3 non mis à jour.


Et avec je sais plus quelle commande, j'ai eu une réponse me disant que ma CGU n'était pas détectée.

- j'ai voulu installer Steam, ça s'est bien passé mais quand je le lance j'ai des messages d'erreur relatifs aux librairies 32 bits

Je pense qu'il est de bon ton de poster ceci:

salut.

il suffit de lire le journalctl pour chercher le problème.

Chez moi, après installation de nano pour remplacer vi/vim et installation de ccze pour sortie log en couleur, lorsque je lance ma commande:

journalctl | ccze -A
 



j'obtiens :

la couleur rouge signifiant une erreur (failed) je sais que chez moi, je ne suis pas capable de charger les drivers rtl8168g-2.fw ce qui empeche d'avoir mon interface enp0s0 en mode ipv6.

Par soucis de confidentialité, tu devrais editer ton dernier post et supprimer toute les lignes commencant par tracker-extract. 'fin jdis ça, après, c'est toi qui vois.

Que retourne la commande lspci ?

On ne peut pas dire que les contrôleurs graphiques (GPU, pas CGU) ne sont pas détectés, que donnent :

Note : comme son nom l'indique nvidia-detect détecte, mais n'installe rien... c'est mieux, en l'occurrence.
Comme déjà indiqué par chalu, la prise en charge du 3D NVIDIA relève de Bumblebee/bumblebee-nvidia.

OK ; quel est l'environnement de bureau actif, GNOME ? dans ce cas le fichier journal du serveur X se trouve ailleurs :

cat /home/$USER/.local/share/xorg/Xorg.0.log


Confirmer qu'il s'agit d'un portable et en donner les références exactes et précises pourrait s'avérer utile,

dmesg -t | grep -i dmi:


Quant à l'installation de Steam il y a un paquet dans le dépôt stretch officiel, ainsi qu'un tuto dans le wiki.

Pour le firmware: en fait, comme c'est le pilote du wifi, je ne vais pas l'installer pour l'instant parce que j'ai débranché accidentellement les 2 petits câbles de la carte wifi et je n'ai jamais réussi à les remettre. Donc elle est de tout façon désactivée.

Sinon, j'installe de ce pas Bumblebee.

Bon, je viens de suivre la procédure pour l'installation de Bumblebee; après avoir installé le pilote privatif, j'ai redémarré mon laptop comme c'était conseillé mais je n'y arrive plus: j'arrive jusqu'au Grub, je peux aller sur ma partition windows mais si je choisis Debian, le lancement s'arrête après Bluetooth.

Zut, alors si tu as effectivement suivi le tuto du wiki tu as installé Bumblebee via le paquet bumblebee-nvidia, oui/non ?
Le paquet bumblebee-nvidia dépend du paquet nvidia-driver version 375.82, qui prend en charge le GPU GTX 960M !

As-tu au moins accès à la console ? (Quant aux câbles déconnectés de la carte Wi-Fi, il s'agit des câbles d'antenne.)

Pas d'accès console (à moins qu'il y en ai un par le grub, genre "options avancées de Debian").

La dernière instruction que j'ai suivie était:

Bumblebee avec 'nvidia'

⇒ Pour installer Bumblebee et gérer le pilote privatif nvidia :

Oui, tu peux effectivement tenter le recovery mode (mode de dépannage) et désinstaller l'usine à problèmes NVIDIA :

apt-get remove --purge *nvidia*


Il sera toujours temps de peaufiner (autoremove) et de faire un bon coup d'ménage (Steam) par la suite.

Bon je suis allé au Premier Samedi (qui tombait vraiment bien) et on m'a aidé à réparer le problème. Je vous écris donc à nouveau depuis ma partie linux; j'ai désinstallé le pilote propriétaire et mis le pilote libre.
