3D sous lenny stable

Bonjour,
Suite a une réinstallation de debian, j'aimerais retrouver les joies de la 3D.
J'ai téléchargé via synaptic:
-linux-image-2.6-686, linux-headers-2.6-686, ensuite redémarré la machine.
Ensuite, téléchargé, toujours via synaptic:
-fglrx-driver, fglrx-control, fglrx-kernel-src, fglrx-moduleles-2.6.686, par contre pas trouvé fglrx-driver-dev !.
Les outils aussi télécharger:
-module-assistant, build-essentiel.
Fait une sauvegarde de:
/etc/X11/xorg.conf
Ensuite j'ai compiler avec module-assistant.
Redémarrage de la machine,mais ce n'est pas bon! (est-ce du au manque de fglrx-driver-dev?, ou autres?).
J'ai installer aussi compiz et compagnie...
Je vous colle quelques infos, s'il en manque, faite le moi savoir.

PS:

J'avais oublier un truc.
J'ai rajouter vga=791, pour avoir plus "fin" au lancement de l'os.
Je ne sait si cela a une incidence quelconque, je le signale au cas ou.

Ton xorg.conf me semble bizarre

Dans la section device tu devrais voir ceci

        Identifier  "ATI"
        Driver      "fglrx"


et non pas

        Identifier      "Configured Video Device"

Salut,
Ok,un fichier qui s'est mal configuré, et un direct rendering sur no, et peut être d'autres trucs encore...
Mais cela ne m'avance pas plus, l'autre fois j'avais réussi, mais pas pris de notes!
Qu'est ce que je peut être con, par moment!
Moralité de l'histoire, noté,noté, et noté!:).
Dois-je tenté l'écriture de ce que tu me signale, dans le fichier?

Personne n'a une idée?
Est-ce que fllrx-driver-dev manquant serait a la source du problème?
Je me demande pourquoi, je ne les trouve pas d'ailleur via synaptic, est-ce lié au sources.lst?

Salut tuxmania

Tu passe sur une console tty1 par exemple en faisant Ctrl+Alt+F1
Ensuite tu stoppe gdm

/etc/init.d/gdm stop


Tu fais une copie de ton xorg.conf

cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf /root/xorg.conf


Ensuite tu édite ton xorg.conf avec vim

vim /etc/X11/xorg.conf


Remplace dans le xorg.conf dans la section device

        Identifier      "Configured Video Device"


Par

        Identifier  "ATI"
        Driver      "fglrx"


Puis pour tester tu redémarre gdm comme ceci

/etc/init.d/gdm start


Imaginons que ça plante
Tu peux revenir en arrière grâce à la copie que tu as fait en faisant

cp /root/xorg.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf
