I can confirm this bug and I think it's the same as: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=838858 .
Since the migration of Debian Stretch to the 4.8 kernel my system became unusable.
The framebuffer of the AMD 390x only showed a completely corrupted image.

The bug disappears if you manually place the curent firmware files in /lib/firmware/.

Greetings,
Bruno

j'attend ton retour command cf : post #16

grep -i switcheroo /boot/config-`uname -r`

cat /sys/bus/pci/slot/$N/power

I can confirm this bug and I think it's the same as: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=838858 .
Since the migration of Debian Stretch to the 4.8 kernel my system became unusable.
The framebuffer of the AMD 390x only showed a completely corrupted image.

The bug disappears if you manually place the curent firmware files in /lib/firmware/.

[  660.077296] radeon 0000:04:00.0: failed VCE resume (-110).

qui m'intrigue

edit:
