[Résolu] Souci d'affichage (écran noir) sur Debian 9 avec gpu Ironlake

Bonjour,
Depuis mon passage sur Debian Stretch, je rencontre de façon aléatoire mais régulière des soucis d'affichage graphique.
L'écran devient quasi noir de façon abrupte (seules quelques lignes fines colorées défilent). Je suis obligé de faire un redémarrage au bouton (ce que je n'apprécie guère) et quand cela arrive, pas de souci particulier, cela refonctionne...jusqu'au prochain plantage ou que j'arrête l'ordi.

J'ai testé les autres consoles Ctrl+Alt+f1 jusqu'à f6: cela ne change rien.

Des avis plus experts que moi m'ont laissé entendre que mes paramètres d'affichage sous xorg ne seraient pas adaptés.

J'aimerais avoir quelqu'un pour me guider sur ces points que je ne maîtrise guère.

tu a bien installé le firmware-misc-nonfree  pour les gpu intel ?
tu a une option pour la mémoire partagé pour le gpu ( dans le bios ) ?  (modifié la valeur )
tu est sous le driver de KMS , l'init a l'air correct et le portable est assez récent I5 mobile (enfin pas une antiquité  tongue  )

Pour du matériel aussi ancien (le Dell Latitude E6410 a bien 6 ans), le pilote graphique "intel" (paquet xserver-xorg-video-intel) serait peut-être plus adapté que le pilote générique "modesetting", non ?

Merci d'abord d'avoir pris le temps de me conseiller, et mes excuses pour ce retour tardif, mais mon été est assez chargé...:rolleyes:

@anonyme: je n'ai pas d'option bios 'mémoire partagée'...j'ai pourtant bien fouiné plusieurs fois dans tous les onglets.
J'ai du coup installé le paquet firmware-misc-nonfree, qui ne l'était pas...(cela ne me parait pas logique s'il est utile, mais étant donné son état de 'non-libre' ceci explique peut-être cela). Ce changement a permis d'améliorer fortement la stabilité de l'affichage. J'en étais à croire d'ailleurs que le souci avait été résolu, mais ce n'est pas le cas.

@raleur: concernant ta remarque: peut-être que tu as raison. Le fait est que mon installation côté pilotes graphiques correspond à celle de Stretch out of the box. Je n'ai modifié aucune option jusqu'ici à ce niveau, hormis l'installation de firmware-misc-nonfree proposée par anonyme.
Ce dont tu parles se fait en ajoutant nomodeset dans le Grub au démarrage?

Juste install le paquet et tu reboot, au pire si c'est pire tu le desintalleras

oui c'est normal KMS sera utilisé en priorité pour le gpu intel , depuis 2007 il est conseillé d'utiliser KMS au lieu de xserver-xorg-video-intel
intel fourni ce qu il faut pour etre intégré dans le noyau , que les deux soient  actif pas grave , un des deux sera déchargé

je pense que sa machine est après l'année 2010 (donc largement après 2007 )
je pense raleur que tu n'a pas fait attention qu il est en stretch noyau 4.9 (pas de paquet générique modeseting pour X ) qui est présent sur jessie (noyau 3.16)

tu a 2 solutions , testé sans le paquet xserver-xorg-video-intel installé et utiliser KMS (il suffit de désinstaller le paquet xserver-xorg-video-intel et purger )
soit désactiver KMS (a partir de grub ) et utiliser le paquet  xserver-xorg-video-intel (et ses dépendances )

Mesa est installé correctement , tu a fait les tests "glxinfo -B" , "glxgears"  au minimum ?

ou le problème est ailleurs  roll , des messages d'erreur du noyau ?  (ou voir dans le syslog ) , un problème matériel  ( surchauffe ou autre )
cela se produit quand tu fais quelque chose de spécial ou aléatoire ?

tu n'a pas " DRI3 enabled " mais surement l'age du gpu  (KMS l'active automatiquement si compatible , intel et radeon (ou amdgpu) )

DRI2 , VDPAU et GLX se charge correctement , a mon avis pas de surprise si tu installe les utilitaires pour faire des tests , ils seront bon

pour ce que tu signale ici :


Des avis plus experts que moi m'ont laissé entendre que mes paramètres d'affichage sous xorg ne seraient pas adaptés.
 


faire un fichier xorg.conf personnalisé , mais dommage que ces personnes n'aient pas donné plus d'informations.  hmm
je pourrais pas t'aider , je suis plutot nvidia , je teste intel pour le plaisir sans plus  roll
peut etre sur le net , mais faut il  encore savoir "quoi chercher"  tongue
une option aussi a creuser (un paramètre mal fixé pour ton gpu) , un bug en quelque sorte pour ton gpu intel
nota : actuellement c'est un fichier virtuel qui gère les paramètres , dans /etc/X11/  tu n'a aucun fichier xorg.conf ni dans le dossier /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/  (le mode normal de fonctionnement depuis debian stretch )

avec ceci voir sur le net si le problème est connu ( avec debian ou linux comme mot clé )
je connais pas ce gpu " Ironlake Mobile  (0x46) "

je pense pas que la purge du paquet intel va résoudre le problème , mais faut tester
tu peu aussi ensuite faire l inverse , désactiver KMS et installer le paquet intel

il restera plus que les options a fixer dans ton futur fichier xorg.conf si nécessaire (tu peu choisir le driver "intel" ou "modesetting" )

un exemple de fichier xorg.conf basic qui utilise KMS


Section "Device"
  Identifier "devname"
  Driver "modesetting"
  BusID  "pci:bus:dev:func"
  ...
EndSection
 



"devname" a remplacer par exemple par "Device0"
"modesetting" a remplacer par "intel" si tu utilise le paquet xserver-xorg-video-intel
le BusID a compléter par la position matérielle de ton gpu sur le système
tu peu désactiver DRI3 par exemple
etc .....

rechercher les options disponibles  pour modesetting , xorg.conf , intel

rechercher pour ton gpu si sur la toile il y a des problèmes répertoriés sous Linux (ou debian )

Bonne nouvelle: le problème est résolu! smile

Pour ceux qui auraient un souci de ce type (écran qui devient noir avec des zébrures fines, colorés et mobiles irrécupérable sous les différents tty -Ctrl+Alt+F1-F6-), un résumé. J'ai suivi les conseils de anonyme (un grand merci à toi anonyme cool).
en cherchant sur le net, je suis tombé sur cela: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugrepo … bug=859639 où un utilisateur de Debian 9 / Stretch a les mêmes soucis d'affichage, qui arrivent de façon aléatoire.
Il s'agit d'un autre modèle d'ordinateur, mais le point commun est son processeur graphique (GPU):

Vendor: Intel Open Source Technology Center (0x8086)
    Device: Mesa DRI Intel(R) Ironlake Mobile  (0x46)


Il faut donc forcer l'utilisation du driver Intel qui, par défaut, n'est plus utilisé sous Stretch (contrairement à Jessie, Debian 8) au profit du kernel modesetting (un driver Intel intégré dans le noyau) qui ne convient pas à ce gpu.
Pour ce faire, comme l'a conseillé anonyme et Uwe (la personne qui a signalé le bug Debian), il faut:
- se rendre dans le dossier /etc/X11
- y créer (en superutilisateur) un dossier nommé "xorg.conf.d" (s'il n'existe pas)
- dans ce dossier, créer un fichier nommé "20-intel.conf"
- placer dans ce fichier le contenu suivant:

Section "Device"
          Identifier      "Intel Graphics"
          Driver          "intel"
        EndSection
 


- redémarrer son ordinateur.
C'est terminé big_smile
Merci à tout ceux qui ont donné de leur temps pour mon problème. Je vais modifier le titre en conséquence pour signaler la résolution et qu'il soit plus utile aux utilisateurs Debian.
