le retour est correct , ce que j'ai dit a raleur , peut etre que tu demande plus que lui , un problème d' appréciation et d' utilisation de la machine .
ou un bug sur cette carte , ou alors l' état global de la machine qui n'est pas correct .
une installation minimum sans bureau (mode serveur ) tu décoche tout sauf les outils debian dernière ligne
un bureau léger comme ceci en console

apt-get  install mate-core lightdm firmware-amd-graphics firefox-esr firefox-esr-l10n-fr

 

si tu a encore des problème graphiques je sais plus quoi te dire

ps : ensuite tu ajoute les paquets que tu a besoin
tester en amd64 mais raleur ne le conseille pas

j'ai retrouvé l'info sur ma R9 270 (beaucoup plus récente ) on a les meme versions (a part que je suis en amd64 ) juste la carte est reconnu par son nom et pas par son code (AMD PITCAIRN )

J'ai eu marre j'ai formater le disk !
Je vais re commencer une installation avec un système différent pour essayer.

Problème résolu
J'ai installé LinuxMint est MIRACLE dès le démarrage tout fonctionne sans rien installé de plus, affichage parfait, fluidité parfaite sur le net sur le bureau et en vidéo.
Donc ma config n'est pas compatible avec Débian je pense. ot
Ce qui est dingue, c'est que je suis passé par un windows XP Pro pour récupérer mon disk, l'installé j'ai cru remonter le temps!
Enfin la clé boot reconnu au démarrage:(Merci unetbootin)
Téléchargement un système via unetbootin (Linux Mint 17.2 Cinnamon 64 bit) Noyau 3.16.0.38 generic
Hé la le miracle ENFIN après plusieurs jours de galère.
Merci pour votre aide, super forum sans vous je n'en saurais pas là.

un noyau 3.16 et une base ubuntu 14.04
de plus au niveau du nonfree debian n'installe rien par défaut.
ce qui laisse penser qu avec stretch la gestion de ton gpu n'est pas correcte . (ou des ressources insuffisantes )
peut etre voir avec jessie si mieux
ps : pour nvidia et les portable (intel + nvidia ) la prise en charge doit etre meilleure aussi que debian (utilise prime comme ubuntu ) d'après la description sur leur site .
je connais pas du tout , a part debian je suis perdu
enfin l'essentiel c'est que ça fonctionne bien

Je pense que chaque distribution à ses avantages et inconvénients, il faut tester pour trouver chaussure à son pieds.
Étant novice sur le système Linux il faut prendre le temps aussi de comprendre comment cela fonctionne c'est pas si simple que cela.
Heureusement qu'il y a des forums comme ici, sinon bonjour la galère....
Mais comme tu l'as dit l'essentiel c'est que cela fonctionne, je suis ravi d'avoir fait renaitre un PC avec pas grand chose, il me rends bien service.

je dirai pas que c'est super fluide , mais avec firefox c'est très correct et surtout l'affichage est parfait .

Bonjour

j'ajoute un autre test avec le paquet vdpauinfo , pour la lecture des vidéo , on voit que la carte est très limité en décodage matériel (ici une 9600PRO ATI 256Mo AGP )
il faut installer le paquet "vdpauinfo"

nota : j'ai monté la ram a 2Go (4 barrettes de 512 Mo ddr1) et modifié le bios pour la stabilité de la machine (systématiquement plantage lors de l'ouverture de firefox par exemple).
je suis très étonné comment la machine fonctionne bien avec stretch (2004 environ )
plus de soucis maintenant
je vais testé une 7600GS (chipset PCIe avec adaptateur AGP de PNY ) (carte HS )
un lien pour les détrompeurs AGP 1X , 2X ,4X et 8X => https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accelerated_Graphics_Port
test de mes vieilles cartes en AGP pas bien brillant , a part la 9600PRO et une 6200 , le reste TNT2 , 9600 passif , Matrox bi écran , 7600GS ça plante
