:(Bah, tout est dans le titre. Auparavant je remarquais que si le casque et le micro n'était pas branché au démarrage, je n'avais pas de moyens (ou de connaissance) pour remettre le son après.
Mais là, plus rien.
Une idée, une commande pour vérifier (aplay quelque chose) ?

Salut !

Tu peux nous en dire un peu plus sur ta config ? Tu as le "standard" pour gérer le son au sein d'i3 : le serveur de son Pulseaudio, Pavucontrol pour configurer facilement, et alsa-utils pour les raccourcies ?

Tout est revenu tout seul... Le jour où je comprendrais ! Hier c'était internet qui n'allait plus, et le session manager qui ne s'ouvrait plus automatiquement... c'est revenu aussi tout seul. Je vous assure !

À nouveau, le son est parti, ça fait vraiment chier (excusez-moi du language). Aucune explication, rien que je reconnaisse dans dmesg, alsamixer ou pavucontrol !

Ça s'en va et ça revient ... le fantôme de Claude François se serait-il installé dans ton pc ?

Plus sérieusement, ça ne pourrait pas être un problème de «contact» matériel ou du matériel en fin de vie. Sur un de mes vieux pc portables j'ai un wifi qui n'aime pas se faire bousculer au démarrage, c'est à dire que si j'allume le portable en même temps que je le déplace le wifi ne fonctionne pas. Si par contre je démarre avec le portable posé sur la table ou autre endroit sans mouvement, le wifi fonctionne.

Ce serait une explication, et le cable usb micro pour disque dur externe est aussi très capricieux. Mais j'ai pas déterminé si c'est le cable, le disque dur ou le port. Je dois essayer le son sur un autre.

Ce ne sont pas les cables. Donc il me faudrait penser qu'il s'agit des ports ? Non, l'ordi n'est pas vieux. Donc ou c'est logiciel mais je ne sais pas comment le voir, ou c'est la carte son qui a grillé ? Sauf qu'elle est intégré à la carte-mère.

Oui je n'écarterai pas tout de suite la partie software,
Peut-etre peux tu préciser dans quelles conditions le son part et revient,
Cela se passe t'il suite à un redémarrage, une mise en veille, une déconnexion?
Cela se passe t'il si tu tripatouille tes connectiques/ déplace ton ordinateur?

Tu peux effectuer les commandes quand le son est là et quand il repart voir si du materiel disparait...

Ça fait deux jours qu'il n'est pas revenu. Il me semble qu'une fois démarré, le son dure jusqu'à ce que j'éteigne l'ordi. Déconnection ne joue pas mais je ne sais pas pour les mises en veille par contre.
Je ne touche aux connectiques que pour enlever/remettre les hauts parleurs ou casques, donc quand ça ne marche déjà pas. Déplacer l'ordi n'a aucun effet. En tout cas pendant longtemps ça n'en a pas eu.
Donc à certains démarrages pas de son à d'autres il y en a.
Je remarque par contre, que si ni hauts-parleurs ni casques ou micros ne sont branchés au démarrage, je suis assuré de ne pas avoir de son. Même chose quand le démarrage ne se fait pas normalement : si il manque un disque externe cité dans fstab et que le mode d'urgence prend le relai, et que je dois lancé startx ou i3 tout manuellement, pas de son.
