ra putain je les modis tous autant qu'ils sont à pondre des produits et à changer les chipset sans changer le nom de leurs merdes.Je me suis pris la tête justement à choisir ma clef pour que ce genre de choses n'arrive pas. En êtant sous linux on est condamnés à subir leurs incuries bordel de.....

tu peux m'aider à changer de noyeau ? la seul fois où j'ai essayé j'ai tout pété tongue .ptet qu'un dist_upgrade est plus sûr, je sais pô. neutral

c'est vrai que normalement le module est inclu depuis le 2.6.37 avec un 3 il y a des chances pour que cela marche.

Le changement de noyau est moins couteux, je trouve : tu as juste à vérifier sur quelle architecture tu l'installes.
Par exemple, en amd64, ce serait :

# aptitude update
# aptitude install linux-image-3.2.0-0.bpo.4-amd64



Par contre, je ne sais pas comment nettoyer auparavant les opérations précédentes,
peut-être avec un rmmod "lemodule" pour le noyau et virer le fichier en .ko de la lib mais je ne suis pas certain de cette procédure.

renversant, c'est vraie que moi j'ai acheté une WNA 1000M en pensant que c'était une WNA 1000 ,et pour cause!! elle était vendu sous le nom WNA 1000

Je vais dire un truc qui va pas te plaire... mais je crains que les manips à la main du départ aient fichu pas mal de bazar... (parce que d'après http://wiki.debian.org/fr/rtl819x#Squeeze , il n'en faut pas plus)
Tu as la possibilité d'installer une mini debian toute propre dans un coin de ce PC pour voir?

Sinon, avant tout, que retourne dmesg juste après avoir fait ton modprobe?
Si tu as wlan0 qui apparait dans iwconfig, que donne :

ifconfig wlan0 up
iwlist wlan0 scan

oui,oui j'avais lu les info du wiki debian.org concernant les rtl819x, mais le passage qui parle de squeeze ne mentionne pas le rtl8188cus alors que le passage sur wheezy oui; donc je me suis dit que la procédure à suivre  sous squeeze n'était pas pour moi et je suis parti sur le script mad in realteck.

donc là comme j'ai installé le deb des backports, je vais "finir" la procédure pour squeeze indiquée sur debian.org(telechargement du machin chez realtek et cp dans le bon rep), si ça ne marche pas, j'install une deb minimal avec les backports et je retente l'install des depots ça installera le même qui est dans wheezy et c'est sensé marcher (avec telechargement du bidul realteck)

c'est bien hein? c'est simple, on voit qu'ils pensent à nous chez realteck, ça leur coutait quoi de pondre un deb et un rpm? Mais  bon la palme revient quand même à netgear qu'est pas foutu d'écrire clairement quel chipset il fout dans ses clefs

bon, je suis passé sous wheezy et j'ai juste eû à installer firmware-realtek, puis brancher la clef .Elle est reconnue direct. Par contre il ne me montre pas mon modem, ceux des voisins ok mais pas le mien. je ne le voi même pas mad

oui, avec l'autre laptop qui à le wifi intégré, pas de problême. ce qui est étonnant c'est qu'avec celui-ci, déjà il m'en trouve peux, que quelques uns. et c'est les plus éloigné, mais il les capte trés bien, et avec toute les barres, alors que le laptop avec wifi intégré les capte moins bien, il leur mets juste une barre. par contre le mien pour lui c'est comme si il n'existait pas.

c'est parceque la clef ne captait pas la fréquence du modem, qui était réglé sur"auto" je l'ai mise sur 2,437 Ghz et maintenant c'est bon la clef capte.

mais elle veux pas se connecter, j'ai beau renter la clef la conexion est tout le temps rejetée.

Le message que tu nous donnes montre que wpasupplicant plante magnifiquement. C'est sans doute de là que vient le nouveau problème.

ha, du neuf.j'ai l'impression que c'est networkmanager et wppassuplicant qui sont en confilct.

Quand j'edite /etc/network/interface en y rentrant la clef et la passphrase ça marche.enfin, la clef ,n'est pas détéctée au boot, mais si je lanse ifup wlan0 ça marche.

Quand je n'édite pas le fichier interfaces, la clef est reconnue dés le boot. mais au moment de rentrer la passphrase quand network manager me le propose la connexion echoue.

J'aimerai trouver une solution pour fair fonctione networkmanager plutôt qu'une solution qui consiste à le virer, car ce portable est déstiné à ma mére, elle ne pourrat se passer de ce genre d'outil.

ils disent notament aussi:

A partir de la version 12.4, toute modification du fichier interfaces à tendance à tout planter : plus de réseau au démarrage.
Il est recommandé de changer de service de gestion réseau en "arrêtant" network-manager pour ré-activer networking :

c'est exactement ce qui se passe chez moi si j'edite interfaces, j'ai plus de réseau au boot.On dirai un point commun entre précise  et wheezy.
moi je penssais que network-manager était juste un gui de networking. On dirai pas.
existe-t-il un gui de networking.Parceque si je remplace network-manager (qui gére les connexions par default dés le boot) par networking ça pourrait marcher. Mais ma mére vas pas éditer interface à chaque fois qu'elle sera en voyage avec son portable.

Pourquoi ne pas utiliser wicd? Tu éviteras les conflits que tu as avec network manager, et comme il utilise les outils de base (ifup, wpasupplicant), tu sauras à quoi t'en tenir pour lorsque tu voudra te connecter à la main comme ci-dessus.

Et en plus, il est vraiment très très bien fait! (je ne comprend pas que l'on utiliser encore nm...)

ça me fait la même chose qu'avec  networkmanager la passphrase n'est pas validée, qu'elle que soit le type d' authentification que je choisis.

wicd me dit : "bad password", alors que je suis sûr du code roll

non :"( , suffit juste de rentrer la clef

ce dont tu parle c'est ça qui s'appelle wps ? , parceque je peux l'activer sur le routeur, ptet que la clef wifi en à besoin, en tout cas elle aussi à cette option elle, mais ptet que c'est un obligation pour elle?

Ben j'en sais rien... :s Je sais juste que sur certaines box, il faut appuyer sur un bouton, comme ça, même si un voisin te craque ton mot de passe, il ne peut pas se connecter tant qu'il n'a pas un accès physique à ta box.

As-tu essayé (arrivé là, on n'est plus à ça près) de supprimer network-manager et voir ce que ça donne en ligne de commande (comme tu faisais au départ). Car si wpasupplicant plante comme avant, ça donnera une piste où chercher.

Ah, et en wep, ça fonctionne? (juste pour voir)

non ce ne pas cette histoire d'association pas bouton car j'ai réussi à meconnecter avec ifup iwlan0 une fois en éditant le fichier interfaces.
J'ai réessayé et là ça ne marche plus on dirain qu'il ne reçoit pas l'adresse envoyé par dhcp.
