Wifi sous tails, attente d'adresse reseau... (NM)

Bonjour par ici ! J'estpere que tout baigne.

J'ai un petit souci que je n'arrive pas a resoudre..

Le Wifi sous Tails ne fonctionne pas.

Le module et le firmware son deja present pour mon chipset.

NetworkManager me detecte bien les points d'acces, et lorsque je me connecte il se bloque a la recherche de l'adresse reseau jusqu'a deconection.

Alors je supose que c'est un probleme de configuration, me suis renseigner sur divers pages comme : https://wiki.debian.org/WiFi/HowToUse , https://wiki.debian.org/NetworkManager , https://wiki.debian.org/NetworkManager ainsi que sur le wiki gnome : https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/Network … /Debugging et j'ai trouver un probleme similaire sur un fofo, mais c'etait pour l'ethernet. Et puis comme j'ai des lacunes en anglais, j'ai pas tout suivi...

wpa supplican et wireless-tool son bien instale.

J'aurais aimer pouvoir fournir un debug log mais " /var/log/wpa_supplicant.log " n'existe pas https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/Network … /Debugging

Dans /etc/network/interfaces J'ai

auto lo
iface lo inet loopback



J'ai essayer en supprimant et redemarrant Network manager : Rien

Apres avoir remi ces deux lignes (Que je ne comprend pas au passage) j'ai mi "true" a Ifupdown managed dans etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf : Rien

plugins=ifupdown,keyfile

[ifupdown]
managed=false



Dans NM, tout est en automatique DHCP ..

A partir de la je seche et je vous demande de l'aide pour creuser d'autres pistes ... Soyez pas trop brut dans votre language Linux svp

probleme de passerelle ? de masque ? de DNS ? Mais c'est en DHCP sur NM !

Peut tu poster le résultat des commandes suivantes executer en root  :


lspci | grep Network
lsmod
ifconfig -a
uname -srv
 



Essai de désactiver NetworkManager et de te connecter avec wpa-supplicant et une ip stattique, puis essayer directement avec dhclient. Regarde la sortie de chaque commande affin d'identifier plus précisément le problème étape par étape. Tu peut aussi avoir des information dans les fichier de log comme /var/log/daemon.log /var/log/syslog /var/log/message.

À force de trop creuser le problème on se retrouve avec un gros trou.

Apparemment... à première vu on dirait qu'il n'y a même pas de serveur DHCP (pas de réponses au DHCPDISCOVER). A tu testé le point d'accès avec un autre poste. Ça donne quoi si tu essai de te connecter avec une IP statique ?

Pour ce qui est du matériel et de la laison WIFI, tout à l'aire OK en apparence.

Tails est une distro spéciale, "confidentialité et anonymat". Elle utilise le réseau Tor. C'est du "blindé". Donc .......

apparemment tu as une adresse ip en filaire : 192.168.0.26

tu gardes le fil ethernet connecté ou tu a mis un adresse fixe ?

généralement quand ethernet est connecté il prend le pas sur le wifi wink

as tu un parefeu d'installé et activé ?

Bonjour, surement qu'a ce moment la j'avais le cable de branche. Mais lors de mes tentatives je le debranche.
Il y a 3 packs qui font parefeu :

ferm (maintain and setup complicated firewall rules) ;
iptables (administration tools for packet filtering and NAT)  ;
libdumbnet1 (A dumb, portable networking library)

Jiraya je ne comprends pas bien ta remarque mais je  suis bien sous tails (live) mais je ne ram pas.

Je ne sait pas vraiment comment fonctionne tor, mais je penses que s'il s'agit d'un protocole de couche aplicative cela n'a pas d'importance dans la configuration TCP/IP. Je vais m'interrser un peut à tor pour vérifier si  je n'est pas tor (hu: hu! hu!...).

Sinon totophe56 a raison de soulever le problème du parfeu au quel je n'avait pas pensser, il est possible que par un moyen ou un autre il puisse bloquer DHCP. Cependant ce n'est apparament pas le cas pour l'interface eth0.

Regarde toujours ce que donne :

# iptables -t filter -L



Pour ton dérnier poste c'est normal que cela ne fonctionne pas car il faudrait en premier lieux que tu utilise wpa-supplicant pour t'authentifier et t'accrocher au point d'accès, sinon tu ne peut pas communique avec (c'est comme un cable débarnché). Un foit la liaison établie tu peut passer à la configuration IP. Regarde ici : http://debian-facile.org/doc:reseau:wpasupplicant. Pour ma par je pense que tout ce qui est du materiel est OK.

Je suis aller vite fait voir sur le site de tails, il y a une doc partiellement en français, ils n'ont plus de forum mais il ont une liste de diffusion assistence utilisateur : https://tails.boum.org/support/tails-su … ex.fr.html

Concernant wpa supplicant, il est deja instaler mais je croyais qu'il s'utilisait seulement pour les connection WPA ? Hors, je le repete, je suis en WEP (oui ca crain..) de plus, je ne fais pas de roaming ...
J'essaye quand meme de configurer le bidule via le lien de wpa_supplicant.

la copie ce fait bien mais lors du chmod 0600 :


sudo chmod 0600 etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf

chmod: cannot access `etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf': No such file or directory



Je vais voir le dossier via le gestionnaire de fichier en mode grafique, il est bien au nouvel emplacement mais pas possible d'ouvrir puisque format non reconnu.

Mais je reitere, Vu que je suis sur une conection en WEP est-ce necessaire de creuser de ce coter la ?

Le problème la c'est que tu utilise un chemin relatif au lieux d'un  chemain absolue. Il faut qui tu fasse précédé le chemin par un "/" pour qui parte depuis la racine. Dans ton cas il cherche un dossier etc/ dans le dossier courant.
Essai plûtot :

 sudo chmod 0600 /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf



Pour le reste, rien dans les règles de filtrage du parfeu  n'indique un quelconque blocage du DHCP....

Que tu utilie une clé wep n''est pas un problème pour wpa_supplicant il sait les géré (selon le man les clé WEP104 et WEP40) et il y a un fichier de configuration exemple ici : /usr/share/doc/wpa_supplicant/examples/wep.conf.

Sinon tu peut aussi utiliser network-maneger mais désactive la configuration de l'IP par DHCP et essaie une IP statique.


À force de trop creuser le problème on se retrouve avec un gros trou.

Ha oui je n'avais pas remarque l'erreur erreur de frappe,

J'ai reussi a me connecter en statique via NetworkManager mais je n'est pas acces au reseau TOR ... Pourtant beaucoup de gens l'utilisent en wifi et pas de probleme ..

tu as essayé de désactiver ton parefeu temporairement ?

j'ai pas mal galéré avec iptables avec les appli qui peuvent ouvrir d'autres ports (edit: des ports passifs, j'avais gobé le mot:P ) qui ne sont pas ouverts dans iptables et qui bien sur empêchent leur fonctionnement correct wink

Personnellement, je ne pense pas que le problème vienne de ta machine, je me demande juste s'il ne vient pas du serveur dhcp (le client na pas de réponse au DHCPDISCOVER). Pour éliminer cette hypothèse peut tu vérifié si tu peut te connecté à un autre point d'accès en DHCP, et connécter une autre machine sur ton point d'accès en DHCP.

Quel est le point d'accès utilisé pour te connecter ?

En fait peut être que le serveur DHCP n'est tout simplement pas activé....

En tout cas pour ma part la configuration du parfeu n'y est pour rien.
