Le problème d’accès  aux fichiers est résolu (dans le fichier /usr/default/minidla je me suis défini comme USER). Ce qui donne:

root@deborah-acer:~# service minidlna status

Par contre ma TV, mon ampli, smartphone et tablette renvoient 'No Serveur'.
Le fichier files.db dans /var/cache/minidlna/ a comme propriétaire "minidlna" avec les droits d'écriture et de lecture et moi comme groupe avec droits d'écriture et de lecture.
Le fichier log de minidlna donne ceci:

Sur mon ancien PC cela fonctionnait à merveille !! Là..? Si quelqu’un a une idée... je lui en serais reconnaissant jusqu'à  la septième génération... (si,si)

J'ai installé minidlna en suivant le tuto et j’obtiens ceci sur la console :
