Debian 12 - sortie de veille impossible

Bonjour,

nouvelle installation sur laptop Asus X415EA, j’ai un problème de sortie de veille, le PC ne se rallume pas, je dois faire un arrêt forcé avec la touche d’alimentation.
J’ai installé Debian 12 avec Gnome, KDE et Xfce, aucune différence le problème est le même.
Je suis sur debian depuis 2008 mais peut être ne suis je pas au fait de tous les erreurs, alors je lance ma demande d'aide sur ce forum pour "débutants" (demande déjà faite sur debian-fr.org ici : https://www.debian-fr.org/t/sortie-de-m … ?u=davidx)

avez vous des idées pour m'aider ?

il se passe quoi exactement?
faire un arrêt forcé sur un ordi déja éteint ? il est forcement allumé sur tu force l’arret
tu ne peux plus interagir après la sortie de veille ? passage en console (Ctrl+Alt+F1) ne fonctionne pas?

désolé de ma réponse tardive, je n'avais pas eu de notification.

la majeure partie du temps l'écran ne s'allume même pas, comme s'il n'y avait pas d’alimentation ; la diode indiquant la sortie de veille est bien fixe, le ventilo se relance, on est bien devant une sortie de veille, sans écran.

passage en console (Ctrl+Alt+F1) ne fonctionne pas?


ne fonctionne pas, en tout cas l'écran ne s'allume pas.

Parfois, très très rarement, l'écran s'allume et une liste de message d'erreur s'affiche en boucle ; j'ai pris une photo de l'écran à cette occasion :

Les erreurs semblent liées au SSD NVMe, peut-être un problème de gestion de l'énergie.

C'est une mise en veille (suspend to RAM), pas une hibernation. L'ordinateur n'est pas éteint.

j'ai essayé en live cd :

fsck.ext4 /dev/nvme0n1p2


2fsck 1.47.0 (5-Feb-2023)
/dev/nvme0n1p2: clean, 175087/1222992 files, 1575406/4882432 blocks

en effet c'est une mise en veille RAM, je fais l'arrêt forcé car le pc se met en veille puis à la sortie il allume ventilo, ddur,... sauf l'écran. Je n'ai donc plus la main, je dois forcer l'arrêt.
