Après une réinstallation paquet par paquet... j'ai trouvé la solution à mon problème !

C'était simplement le thème GTK3 qui consommait le processeur crash.gif

J'ai installé un nouveau thème est tout fonctionne normalement, cpu à environ 3/4% au repos.

Et le processus "xorg" n'est plus présent.

Alors j'ai supprimé mon xorg.conf, j'ai redémarré sans problème et pas de nouveau fichier régénéré.

J'ai retrouvé un live cd Debian 7.5 de 2014. Je l'ai essayé, pas de soucis, et je n'ai pas de processus xorg en cours.

J'ai relancé mon ancien disque dur et j'ai pu constater que je n'avais également pas de processus xorg.

La seule différence est mon passage d'un disque à plateaux à un ssd.

Je vais relancer une install minimum (apt-get install -no-install-recommends xfce4 xfce4-taskmanager xorg xserver-video-nouveau) et je vais voir ce que ça donne.

Pour info, lors de l'installation minimale je n'installe pas les utilitaires usuels du system. Mais sur mon ancienne installation je ne les avait pas installé non plus...

Quelques nouvelles :

J'ai récupéré un nouveau clavier et une souris au travail, le problème est toujours là !

J'ai également booté sur un ancien noyau, même problème...

J'ai réinstallé le pilote "nouveau", mon cpu est redescendu de 10% comparé au nvidia legacy (comme avant).

Si je supprime le fichier /etc/X11/xorg.conf le système en générera un nouveau ou je vais me retrouver avec un écran noir ?

Malheureusement je n'ai pas d'autre clavier/souris.

À la base j'ai un ensemble clavier+souris de la marque Trust sur une même "clé usb".

La souris a rendu l'âme et j'en ai donc acheté une autre qui fonctionne sur une autre "clé usb".

J'ai donc 2 "clés usb".

Peut-être que xorg détecte un conflit avec la souris manquante ?

Bonjour,

Je viens de recevoir un nouveau ssd. J'y ai donc réinstaller Debian unstable netinstall mini + xfce.

J'ai également installé le pilote xserver-xorg-video-nouveau.

Je remarque via le gestionnaire de tâches que mon cpu est utilisé à environ 52% dont 40% par xorg.

Voici le processus : "Xorg -nolisten tcp -auth /var/run/slim.auth"

Pensant que c'était un problème avec le pilote nouveau, j'ai installé le pilote nvidia legacy 390.
Le résultat est que maintenant la consommation est monté à 60% !

Avec en théorie la même installation/config qu'avec mon ancien disque dur, je ne comprends pas pourquoi une telle utilisation.

Je ne sais pas si c'est lié mais les menu dans Chromium sont lent.

Merci de l'aide que vous pourrez m'apporter.

Bonjour,

Depuis hier il m'est devenu impossible d'ouvrir mes fichiers protégés par un mot de passe (archive 7zip et libreoffice).

Mes fichiers sont placés sur 2 disques durs différents.

Je suis certain à 100% de mes mots de passe, je les utilise tout les jours.

Je n'ai fait aucune modification du système, mes fichiers fonctionnaient très bien la veille !

Le seul problème que je vois est qu'il y a eu au démarrage une vérification fsck (comme régulièrement).

Je ne demande pas à cracker les mots de passe puisque je les connait, mais à réparer les fichiers (qui ont peut-être été corrompu ?).

Les autres fichiers sont tous ok (non protégé par un mot de passe)

Je vous remercie d'avance pour votre aide.
