Apache 3 serveurs virtuels mais affiche l'index.html par défaut

bonjour,

debian 8.4 chez OVH soyoustart, fresh reinstal
Apache 2 latest

j'ai fait le tuto

pour avoir 3 domaines/sites sur le serveur
ota.pe
ota.foundation
otane.org

mais en fait l'index.htm est toujours celui par défaut le :  Main DocumentRoot: "/var/www/html"
je n'arrive pas a voir pourquoi ca pointe pas sur mes différents dossiers,


si je fais :

apachectl -S

j'ai :

donc il apache a l'air de bien prendre mes virtualhost, mais pourquoi il ne prends pas les chemins d'accès des fichiers ?? et garde celui par défaut.
merci de votre aide, je sais pas trop où regarder, je suis nOOb en debian, sorry

Mis au clair avec la balise user la commande user et son retour séparé ainsi :
