unknown gcc error (fatal error)

I have this message from gcc, that I don't know, since GNAT (Ada compiler) is installer. Though I haven't tried it yet.

While runnig all "configure" script:
checking whether the C compiler (gcc -O ) works... no

How can I know more about this ?
Result, I can't compile anything from source, of course.
