Display Port mal reconnu

Bonjour,

J'aimerai faire fonctionner un écran déporté via un câble Display port sur mon portable mais ça veut pas ...

Portable Dell studio 1749 - Intel i5 cpu M540 2.53ghz - Amd Mobility Radeon HD 5000 series.

Écran Viewsonic -> fonctionne parfaitement branché sur le portable via cable hdmi.

Si je branche cet écran via un cable Display Port avant de démarrer le portable, au démarrage j'ai bien l'écran de Grub mais ensuite plus rien.

- Si je branche le câble DP après démarrage de Stretch -> écran noir.

- Si je branche DP en laissant aussi le câble hdmi branché -> écran noir puis retour de l'écran via hdmi.
     Dans le gestionnaires d'écrans de Gnome, je vois alors 3 écrans : celui du portable, le viewsonic branché en hdmi et le même viewsonic branché en DP (mais si je sélectionne ce dernier en principal : écran noir puis retour sur le hdmi)

Si il faut d'autres renseignements, demandez

Ps : en cherchant j'ai vu que certains câbles display port ne sont pas aux normes (broche connectée qui ne devrait pas l'être) et que ça peut faire des dégâts matériels mais je ne sais pas vérifier ça ( je me demande si ça à avoir avec l'erreur clock recovery reached max voltage - /me voudrais pas bousiller mon portable pour un câble)
