Installation de debian 8 sans internet

Bonjour !

Tout d'abord je suis nouveau ici, et merci d'avance à ceux qui prendront le temps de m'aider.

Je suis en étude d'informatique, et mon établissement ne possède que des machines tournant sous debian 8. J'ai donc décidé d'installer ce système d'exploitation sur ma machine personnelle, une MSI GP72 6QE (PC portable donc) fraiche de Novembre dernier. La carte ethernet est une Killer E2400.

Par conséquent, elle n'est pas détectée par l'installateur Debian, car trop récente d'après mes quelques recherches internet. Je me suis donc résolu à télécharger les 8 images CD complet de Debian manuellement via torrent étant donné que je n'ai pas accès a internet sur Debian. J'ai donc téléchargé les 8 images CD de debian 8.7.1 en amd64 sur une autre machine.

Ensuite, j'ai installer la première image CD (la numéro 1) sans connexion internet sur mon PC portable. J'ai donc accès à debian en ligne de commande, mais ma maigre connaissance en bash shell ne m'aide pas beaucoup. J'aurais donc besoin d'aide pour pouvoir installer les 7 autres images CD. Je précise que mon GRUB marche parfaitement et que j'ai gardé windows 7 à côté.

Si Jamais, voici quelques informations de mon PC portable :

Modèle MSI GP72 6QE
Carte graphique Nvidia GTX 950M
LAN Killer E2400 de chez Qualcom/atheros si je ne me trompe pas
processeur intel core i5

il me semble que c'est avec ce carte qu'on s'est cassé les dents dessus avec plusieurs amis.
Une solution serait d'utiliser temporairement une clé wifi reconnu nativement par Debian.

Tu aurais dû utiliser l'image de DVD n° 1 au lieu de gaspiller de la bande passante à télécharger 8 images de CD qui sont loin d'être la distribution complète : elle compte 82 CD ou 13 DVD, mais seules les images des quelques premiers CD et DVD sont disponibles en téléchargement direct pour des questions de ressources. Les autres doivent être reconstruites avec jigdo.

Bref, le DVD n° 1 est suffisant pour installer un système avec environnement de bureau relativement complet, ce qui n'est plus le cas de la plupart des CD n° 1 pour cause d'espace devenu insuffisant.

Ceci dit, de nos jours, tu risques de ne pas aller bien loin sans réseau.

Clé wifi ou adaptateur USB-ethernet selon le type de réseau disponible.

Pas besoin de désinstaller, il suffit d'installer par dessus en reformatant les partitions.

Il vaut mieux montrer que raconter.

Bonjour,
Je viens d'installer debian 9 sur un MSI GP72 6QE + disque SSD M2 rajouté, pas simple, mais un avion de chasse à la sortie ! J'avais de nombreux freeze mais je ne savais pas trop d'où cela venait, en fait le responsable c'est la gestion ACPI qui bugge. Il faut rajouter acpi=off au démarrage de grub (appuyer sur e, rajouter acpi=off sur la ligne linux /vmlinuz-4.x , crtl x pour lancer). Je l'ai modifié ensuite définitivement dans /etc/default/grub.

Globalement et rapidement j'ai procédé ainsi :

Boot initial à partir du CD netinstall de debian testing (stretch ou 9) -> installation en mode expert pour les 3 partitions /boot->ext2   / et  /home -> ext4
Sélectionner les paquets propriétaires pour avoir les drivers et firmware constructeurs (intel, nvidia, atheros ...)

Premier redémarrage, installer les firmware manquants : firmware-linux, firmware-iwlwifi, firmware-intel-sound, firmware-linux-nonfree, firmware-linux-misc-nonfree ...

le wifi fonctionne maintenant.

Complément d'info qui peuvent servir si on veut utiliser la 3D et profiter des drivers nvidia propriétaires :

En tant que root, blacklister le pilote "nouveau", attention c'est délicat en cas de mauvaise manip, il faut rajouter un fichier dans /etc/modprobe.d/nouveau.conf.
Ce fichier doit contenir les lignes suivantes :

#etc/modprobe.d/nouveau.conf.
blacklist nouveau
blacklist lbm-nouveau
options nouveau modeset=0
alias nouveau off
alias lbm-nouveau off



exécuter ensuite "

depmod -ae


" et "

update-initramfs -u


"

redémarrer à ce stade c'est préférable pour la suite.

Installer bumblebee-nvidia, le plus simple est de faire en ligne de commande en tant que root bien-sur : "

apt-get install dkms build-essential bumblebee-nvidia


" les dépendances seront gérées automatiquement. Une fois installé rebooter

Pour rappel ce pilote permet de gérer les 2 cartes graphiques : intel pour le bureau et Nvidia GTX950M pour la 3D.

Après avoir un peu bataillé pour désinstaller Debian ce qui, au final, a été fait, j'ai fini par le réinstaller avec l'image DvD 1 dont tu m'avait parlé Raleur.
Et la, j'arrive, je vois que j'aurais pu ne pas m'embêter. Okééééé, tant pis xD

Ensuite, effectivement j'ai l'impression que les connexions wi-fi ne fonctionnent pas. Ce n'est pas vraiment qu'une impression puisque après être passé dans l'applet réseau (j'ai Cinnamon comme GUI si vous vous demandez), j'ai configuré manuellement une connexion wi-fi après m'être étonné de ne pas voir de scan des réseaux alentours. Après réflexion, ca m'a paru effectivement logique vu que ma Killer E2400 n'est pas reconnue.

Pour finir, j'ai un peu de mal à comprendre à quoi cela me servirais de désactiver l'ACPI. En premier je ne sais pas ce que c'est, ensuite tu as parlé de l'ACPI pour debian 9. J'ai installé debian 8, donc est-ce que cela reviens aux mêmes manipulations ? Est-ce que cela peut régler mon problème ?

Non, le Killer E2400 est un contrôleur ethernet. Aucun rapport avec le wifi.
Si l'applet réseau (NetworkManager ?) permet de configurer du wifi, c'est forcément qu'un contrôleur wifi est détecté et pris en charge. Tu peux l'identifier avec "lspci -nn" si c'est un composant PCI.

Si le système n'a pas de problème de stabilité, l'ACPI ne te concerne pas.

J'ai installé Debian 9 (qui sera la prochaine version stable dans quelques mois) pour tester et pour avoir les drivers nvidia récents.

Pour faire fonctionner la carte wifi il faut installer le firmware  firmware-iwlwifi, je ne sais pas s'il est assez récent sur Debian 8, à tester. Si ça ne fonctionne pas c'est qu'il est trop vieux.

l'ACPI, c'est la gestion de l'énergie très utilisé sur les portables mais souvent buggé car les fabricants ne respectent pas les spécifications. Il semble que le MSI GP72 n'échappe pas à la règle, d'où l'option acpi=off pour le désactiver, mais du coup le touchpad ne fonctionne pas (j'ai pas compris pourquoi !) et la gestion d'énergie de la batterie n'est pas géré. l'option "nolapic" rend le système ACPI fonctionnel mais la 3D rame bizarrement. Ou alors, tu connecte ton smartphone sur un port USB de la machine, et dès que ta machine a démarré, tu va sur ton smartphone pour
"partager par USB" la connexion internet de ton smartphone (que ce soit WiFi, 3G, 4G ou autre pourvu qu'il soit lui même connecté au net)

Quand le programme d'installation recherchera les périphériques d'accès à l'internet, il trouvera tout seul (et te proposera par défaut) la connexion par USB de ton smartphone.

J'ai ce matin même essayé d'installer le firmware-iwlwifi avec apt-get install firmware-iwlwifi, mais ça ne fonctionne pas. Apparemment le paquet est introuvable. J'ai utilisé une connexion par modem USB comme me l'a suggéré MicP, merci au passage smile

Peut-on donc m'aider à installer ce paquet ?

Il faut vérifier que ton fichier /etc/apt/sources.list est les lignes suivantes :

J'ai rajouté les lignes dans le fichier sources.list, j'ai ensuite fait l'update qui a pris un certain temps puis j'ai installé firmware-iwlwifi. L'installation s'est bien déroulée, cependant je n'ai toujours aucun scan des réseaux à proximité, donc je suppose que le wi-fi ne fonctionne pas. J'ai redémarré mon PC, mais toujours rien.

C'est moi qui sait rien faire, ou c'est vraiment un problème machine / OS ?

toto vous a réglé cela dans vos posts précédents, pour voir bien comme y faut comment que t'est-ce que c'est fait, vous éditez vos posts par Modifier au bas de chacun d'eux et vous voyez voir comment que c'est bien plus bô avec, même !

J'ai essayé ce que tu m'a proposé Remy. La premier commande ne me retourne rien et la deuxième me retourne que la commande n'existe paq dans le bash shell :

bash: insmod : commande introuvable



Concernant ce que tu me propose anonyme, je ne peux pas essayer tout de suite, mais demain matin j'essaierais et je mettrais les retours ici.

Bonsoir à tous,

Installer la version rétroportée du paquet firmware-iwlwifi apportera effectivement les firmwares manquants, mais cela ne suffira probablement pas, car le périphérique Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 n'est semble-t-il pris en charge par le noyau qu'à partir de la version 3.17/4.0 voire 4.1, selon la source (cf. ici et/ou ). À confirmer éventuellement avec :

lspci -nnk | grep Network -A 2

@remy.labene Donc, j'ai retesté tes commandes en root puisque je n'étais pas en root. Cette première commande :

lsmod | grep iwlwifi


ne m'affiche toujours rien, mais la deuxième :

insmod iwlwifi

m'affiche quelque chose de différent :

insmod: ERROR: could not load module iwlwifi: No such file or directory



Ensuite, je ne souhaites pas passer sous debian 9, je préfère me familiariser avec 8 d'abord, pourquoi pas plus tard.

@anonyme j'ai testé cette commande, et malheureusement cela ne change rien.

@èfpé Le résultat de ta commande est celui-ci :
