J'ai pas mal cherché de solution a mon problème sans avoir trouvé
Sur ce PC j'ai 2 installations de Debian sous 2 disques
Sur le disque 1 (maître) Jessie :l'hibernation fonctionne
Sur le disque 2 (esclave) Stretch : cela ne fonctionne pas
Je précise que Debian Stretch est une migration Jessie
Pour la mise en veille je passe par le greffon XFCE , je clique mise en veille prolongée
J'ai une swap de 2G pour 2G de RAM , pensant que c'était la taille de swap qui posait problème j'ai utilisé celle de Jessie qui fait 3G mais le problème est toujours le même

En passant j'ai appris durant mes recherches qu'il existe un fichier resume ,hors ce fichier contient des informations tout a fait fantaisiste

Je ne sais pas d’où sort cette UUID , j'ai comparé sous Jessie UUID est bien celui de ma swap, hors ici

Edit: J'ai un peu avancé sur le probleme:
en comparant les appartenances au groupe entre Jessie et Stretch je me suis aperçu que sous Stretch je n'étais pas membre du groupe disk
A priori le pc entre en hibernation avec la swap de 3G
Mais soucis en sorti d'hibernation
