Et tu peux exécuter "lspci -nnk" pour voir quel pilote est chargé pour la carte wifi.

Edit à toto :

Supprimé le bloc destinée au retour de la commande.

Le pilote wifi et le firmware sont bien chargés, et l'interface wifi est bien créée sous le nom wlp4s0. Si NetworkManager ne montre pas l'interface, le problème vient de lui.

@Chalu : ma commande avait déjà affiché les messages du noyau contenant "firmware".

oui désolée, je n'avais pas vu ton message quand j'ai posté avec sa commande plus complète, je tape trop lentement.
mais j'arrête ici mon aide car les problèmes avec network-manager me dépassent même si je vais continuer à lire les interventions
