Faire reconnaître votre smartphone, tablette sous Android

Bonjour je suivis le tuto faire reconnaitre sons smartphone par debian.
J'ai suivis scrupuleusement les etapes a savoir
activer le debogage usb sur son telephone
le connecter au pc
ouvrir un terminal et tap lsusb
taper lsusb -v -d votre_idVendor:
resultat ce me donne ca.

apres je tape apt-get install android-tool-adb
le terminal m'installe les paquets.
apres il faut modifier deux fichiers un fichier system udev dans /etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules
si je regarde dans mon repertoire /etc/udev/rules.d il est vide je n'est pas de fichier 51-android.rules.
j'ai regarder un peu partout sur google je ne trouve pas.

Tu tapes la commande:

nano /etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules

Tu entres les bonnes données comme indiquées dans le tuto.

Ensuite avec le clavier tu fais Ctrl o pour écrire le fichier ou le créer s'il n'existe pas.
Puis Ctrl x pour sortir.
