La deuxième image c'estdu logiciel gnome-screenshot , mai la première il me semble un fork de gnome-sreenshot.
J'ai gnome-screenshot et je n'ai pas vu façon d'appeler, même dès la ligne de comandes, pour y obtenir la fénêtre de la première image.
Il parait un fork pas original de debian, puisque les options "Heberger sur...." me semblent assez drôles. C'est debian ou une autre distro? (Ubuntu...)
Moi je préfère scrot pour les captures d'écran, appelé avec les touches PrintScreen (capture de toute l'ecran) ou Alt+PrintScreen.
Il faut installer aussi notify-send pour les notifications.
Sous le dossier /usr/bin, le script screen_snapshot.sh:

Si les notifications ne fonctionnent pas il faut s'assurer qu'on a un service de notification active, par example notification-daemon. Si non, l'installer et l'appeler au debut de session. Sur $HOME/.config/lxsession/LXDE/autostart ajouter la ligne:
@/usr/lib/notification-daemon/notification-daemon
