rien d'inquietant , aberrant d'avoir 45G de disponible sur la partition racine avec lvm mais c'est un autre problème
lvm mal utilisé

sans vouloir t'embeter je retrouve pas les logs demandé, ma demande est surement mal exprimé
ce que je m'attend a voir c'est en début

Linux version 4.19.0-13-amd64


seulement la je vois les logs du vieux noyau

Linux version 4.19.0-6-amd64



On va procéder autrement , démarre sur le noyau le plus récent , attend le freeze
redémarre puis envoie moi le retour de

cat /var/log/messages |grep -A 500 'Linux version 4.19.0-13-amd64'


Attention a bien tout copier j'ai mis 500 lignes pour être sur mais il devrait en avoir un peu moins

Il n'y aura pas de logs si le blocage se produit trop tôt, avant que la racine soit montée, l'init lancé et le service de log démarré.
Démarrer en mode rescue pour afficher plus de messages.


Il vaut mieux montrer que raconter.

Ce sont des messages liés à l'ACPI, donc au BIOS. Il peut suffire que la nouvelle version du noyau exploite une fonctionnalité ACPI buggée dans ce BIOS que la version précédent ignorait pour provoquer toutes sortes de bugs. Mais cela peut aussi être une coïncidence et s'agir des derniers messages affichés avant l'action (silencieuse) qui provoque le blocage. On peut tenter de démarrer en désactivant l'ACPI pour vérifier, mais ce n'est pas une solution. Pour cela, ajouter

acpi=off


aux paramètres de la ligne de commande du noyau (linux /boot/vmlinuz...) en éditant ("e") l'entrée de menu rescue de GRUB puis F10.
Ou bien

acpi=noirq


puisque le dernier message parle d'interruption, mais c'est vraiment au pif.

c'est ce que je me disais aussi j'ai vu plusieurs poste ou le T430 ne bootait pas sans acpi=off
j'ai trouvé un lien qui affine la recherche niveau erreur acpi

Merci à vous tous,

Je viens à l'instant de passer le paramètre acpi=noirq et ma machine a bien démarré sur le kernel 4.19.0-13-amd64 et non le 4.19.0-6-amd64.

Puis-je abuser de vos éclairages et vous demander la subtilité entre acpi= noirq / off ?

Si j'ai bien compris, je dois ajouter acpi= noirq OU off, en passant par la valeur de GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT de /etc/default/grub puis exécuter update-grub qui se chargera de la mise à jour de /boot/grub/grub.cfg !?

Quelle valeur acpi noirq / off à la moindre incidence sur ma machine ?

apci=noirq a ma moindre incidence
acpi=off c'est le plus radicale
par contre c'est subtile les différences vois dans mon lien message #34
je comprend pas vraiment, même en passant par le traducteur mrgreen.gif
sinon tu as tout bon modification fichier grub et update-grub

acpi=off désactive complètement l'utilisation de l'ACPI, comme si on avait désactivé l'ACPI dans les réglages du BIOS/UEFI. C'est bien pour établir un premier diagnostic, mais ce n'est pas une solution permanente souhaitable car de nombreuses fonctions liées à l'ACPI risque de ne plus être prises en charge correctement : arrêt normal du système via le bouton marche/arrêt (et non mise hors tension brutale), régulation de vitesse des ventilateurs en fonction de la température, mise en veille, hibernation...

Je cite la description de acpi=noirq tirée du fichier kernel-parameters.txt qui fait partie de la documentation du noyau (paquet linux-doc), et qui décrit de nombreux autres paramètres liés à l'ACPI :

noirq -- do not use ACPI for IRQ routing


Les IRQ sont les interruptions matérielles, signaux qui permettent à un périphérique système de signaler au processeur qu'il requiert son attention. Le routage des IRQ concerne la façon dont ces signaux sont aiguillés pour être traités. Par contre j'ignore totalement de quelle façon l'ACPI intervient dans ce processus.

Pour ajouter un paramètre à la ligne de commande du noyau de façon permanente, il faut l'ajouter à GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX qui s'applique aux entrées de menu normales et recovery, et non à GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT qui ne s'applique qu'aux entrées de menu normales. Puis il faut reconstruire le menu en exécutant update-grub.
