Depuis quelques semaines, j'obtiens des messages d'erreur avec un update par apt-get :

Je suis donc en testing mais je peux aller piocher ailleurs.


D'où viennent ces erreurs nouvellement apparues ?
Est-ce le ftp qui ne répond pas bien ?
Cela serait-il mieux, ou résoudrait le problème, si je me mettais en ftp2 ?


Je précise que ces erreurs ne m'empêchent absolument pas, derrière, de faire un upgrade.
Mais j'ai un script pour compiler qui demande d'abord d'effectuer un update pour voir si les paquets sont à jour.
Et comme l'update ne peut pas se faire correctement, ce script échoue systématiquement.
Je voudrais donc voir cette erreur disparaître...

J'ai eu le même problème il n'y a pas longtemps sous sid. J'ai fini par modifier mon sources.list pour remplacer ftp par ftp2. Cela a bien fonctionné pendant quelques jours puis le problème est réapparu à l'occasion. Là j'ai changé le ftp.fr par ftp.ca et tout roule depuis ce temps. Donc oui changé de serveur permet de ne plus voir ces messages.

Dans ce cas, une chose qui règle parfois le problème est de supprimer les listes de paquets téléchargées:

rm /var/lib/apt/lists/*
rm /var/lib/apt/lists/partial/*

Mais le problème peut aussi bien venir des miroirs.

Le problème ne venait pas des miroirs (enfin du moins je pense car je n'avais pas encore essayé de les changer).
Mais bien des listes de paquets téléchargés.
Après suppression, c'est reparti !
