Si tu n'as pas ça, c'est que tes sources ne sont pas bonnes, voir le fichier /etc/apt/sources.list à mettre en regard avec la page sur le sources.list du wiki

Tu es sous Wheezy ? Dans ce cas le lien vers le wiki que je t'ai donné pointe directement vers le contenu à mettre dans ton sources.list.

Donc d'apres ce que dit apt, le man est installé donc j'ai failli tressaillir de joie en faisant:

Puis tu installes locales-all. Cependant, il faut s'attendre à rencontrer le même problème que la dernière fois. Que l'on essayera de corriger.
