Ouverture de session se bloque sous Emmabuntus DE2 (Debian 9)

Bonjour smile

J'ai un soucis sur un PC portable Asus X541U sous Emmabuntüs DE2 (basée sur Debian 9)

Aléatoirement mais assez fréquemment, le système se fige à l'ouverture de session, juste après avoir saisi le mot de passe (on peut bouger la souris à peine une seconde et elle se fige).

Si la session se lance, il n'y a aucun problème ensuite. En revanche, si ça bloque, je suis bon à redémarrer l'ordi en force (Ctrl+Alt+F2 ne réagit pas) et espérer que le prochain démarrage se passe bien.

Le système est bien à jour, et il n'y a pas d'erreurs dans les mises à jour. Voici les infos que je peux vous donner :

Auriez-vous des idées de pistes ? Sachant que c'est une installation de plusieurs années et le problème est survenue très récemment sans que je sache pourquoi hmm
Je pourrais éventuellement mettre à jour vers Buster déjà, s'il n'y a pas de pistes ^^ (Ce n'est pas mon ordi par contre donc je n'y ai pas toujours accès.)

Quand c'est des soucis aléatoires, je tenderai à penser à un souci hardware de suite.

Aléatoirement mais assez fréquemment, le système se fige à l'ouverture de session, juste après avoir saisi le mot de passe (on peut bouger la souris à peine une seconde et elle se fige).


Tu peux passer en TTY ? A partir de là tu pourrai inspecter les logs du problème.

SiNON, je ne verrais qu'obtenir le journal d'erreur de la session plantée (ici la session précédente : -1).

journalctl --boot=-1
#et tu devrai obtenir un magnifique message d'erreur te disant qu'il faut activer le stockage persistant des logs, donc y aura ça à faire aussi ~

Poussière partout donc des pistes qui devraient être séparées les unes des autres se retrouvent en contact aux bords des circuits intégrés, là où les moulons de cochonneries (poussières, miettes de sandwich, poils de chat, brins de tabac, etc.) s'accumulent et c'est très néfaste pour l'intégrité de la circuiterie.

@otyugh: ok, je fais ça dès que j'ai à nouveau accès à l'ordi wink

@jpt : L'ordi est propre normalement wink C'est un PC portable qui est très bien entretenu physiquement. Quant à l'intérieur, je l'ai dépoussiéré il y a moins d'un an pour lui mettre un SSD neuf à la place du HDD qui rendait l'âme. (Je pense qu'on peut donc exclure une panne matérielle de disque)
