[Résolu] Demarrage bloqué

Bonjour.
Suite a un petit plantage j ai redemarré mon ordi. Pas en hardbootant mais en utilisant la fonction de redemarrage.
Tout c est bien passé.
J ai rentré le mdp pour le deverouillage du disque et c est apres que ca a planté.

Plus rien ne se.passe sur l ecran

La derniere ligne est :

Cela va être difficile avec si peu d'informations.

J ai rentré le mdp pour le deverouillage du disque

A quel moment du processus de redémarrage ?

et c est apres que ca a planté.

:-) Planté dans la terre ou dans un pot ?

Sérieux !
Est-ce que tu peux démarrer le système et avoir accès à une console avec les touches [Ctrl + Alt + F1] ?
Si oui peux-tu te connecter en tant que root ?

J ai rentré le mdp juste apres la petite invite demandant le type de demarrage : debian normal ou mode "expert".

Jusque la ca va et c est apres cela que tout s arrete.

J ai demarré a nouveau dans le second mode. J ai pu rentré mon mdp de SU et pour le moment je sauvegarde toutes mes donnees sur DD.

J ai essayé de lancer l interface graphique mais sans y parvenir.

pour le moment je sauvegarde toutes mes donnees sur DD.

Trés bon reflex.
Quand ce sera fini, tu pourras renseigner ton profil et exécuter quelques diagnostics avec les commandes de cette page :

startx

et ensuite de nouveau

dmesg

pour savoir ce qu'il se passe.

inutile le startx , il précise qu il a déjà testé
le mode dépannage fonctionne bien , c'est déjà ça
selon ton bureau et ton gestionnaire de connexion que donne cette commande a partir du mdp "su" (donc en mode dépannage )
pour lightdm par exemple


service lightdm start
 


ps: pour gdm3 tu remplace "lightdm" par "gdm3"
dans la console tu devrais avoir des messages peu être
ça ressemble a un souci de driver vidéo  roll
selon ton bureau tu peu visualiser en mode dépannage le Xorg.0.log
pour gdm3 dans /home/tonuser/.local/share/xorg/Xorg.0.log
pour lightdm dans /var/log/Xorg.0.log
a visualiser avec la commande "cat" par exemple ou l' envoyer dans un fichier

Bonjour tout le monde.
Alors pour commencer j ai recuperé ma version de debian :
Debian4.9.0-8 AMD64 SMP debian 4.9.144-3.1 (19.02.2019)

Par contre impossible de recupérer ma version de gestionnaire de fenetre.

Il me repond que le service n a pas ete trouvé.

Si je lance

service gdm3 start



Aucun message... rien... l invite de commande revient juste en dessous

Edit à toto : J'ai édité ton message pour le rendre plus lisible. Je te laisse cliquer sur le lien Modifier au bas à droite de ce post pour voir comment le bb-code est utilisé pour ça.

Tu envoies la commande cat indiquée et tu recopies tout (ou une grande partie de la fin...) le contenu de la sortie, ou, si tu le peux, seulement la partie qui concerne le problème.

cat ~/.local/share/xorg/Xorg.0.log

par exemple pour gnome une recherche sur gdm3


apt-cache policy gdm3
 


nota: je ne me souvient jamais du nom de celui de KDE pour le gestionnaire de connexion
sinon idem pour lightdm (mate , xfce4 etc ...  pour les bureaux ).

tu peu donner aussi en plus du bureau , la carte graphique que tu utilise et le driver , machine de bureau ou portable ?

après relecture de ton #7 tu peu regarder le status (après le start )


service gdm3 status
 


il semble que tu utilise gdm3

Une facilité consiste à "écrire" le résultat d'une commande dans un fichier plutôt que sur l'écran.
Exemple

cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log

affiche à l'écran le contenu du log du serveur Xorg.

La commande

cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log > /depannageX

va écrire le résultat de la commande dans un fichier que j'ai appelé arbitrairement depannageX et que j'ai placé dans "/".
Le fichier en question n'a pas besoin d'être créé avant.
Si cela t'arrange tu peux l'enregistrer où tu veux sous n'importe quel nom. Exemples :

cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log > /home/tonuser/Bureau/panne

service gdm3 status > /depannageGDM



Pour le reste, je laisse la main aux spécialistes.

Bon alors, cette ligne m'a mis la puce à l'oreille:

VGA arbiter: cannot open kernel arbiter, no multicard support

Ce que j'ai oublié de vous dire, c'est que d'habitude, je suis en multiecran (2) et lors de ma "panne", mon second écran était déconnecté.

Je viens de le reconnecter, et du coup il a démarré normalement on va dire, même si je l'ai trouvé un peu lent.

mais ça ne me donne pas la solution du pourquoi maintenant il ne veut plus démarré en simple écran????

Si ton systeme fonctionne un peu, pense à renvoyer les résultats des commandes demandées plus haut par anonyme et smolsky.
Ce sera plus facile pour eux.

Et en testant l'écran2 en place de écran1 ?

tu n'a pas un xorg.conf ?
dans /etc/X11/   ou dans /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/tonfichier.conf

c'est le coup classique tongue

sinon le log complet Xorg.0.log permet de mieux comprendre ( a la rigueur la fin avec les "inputs" ne nous intéresse pas trop , peuvent être ignoré)

pour utiliser le gpu nvidia il te faut bumblebee
avec la commande "optirun" pour utiliser la carte nvidia a la place de la carte intel

tu a regardé si ce dossier contient quelque chose ?  => /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/  et  /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/

je ne vois qu'un écran (celui du portable )  => LVDS-1
ton deuxième écran est branché sur quelle sortie ? (vga-1 , hdmi-1 ou dp-1) et physiquement les 3 existent ?

je ne vois rien d' anormal , pour l'instant je comprend pas trop ce blocage au démarrage de la machine et cette histoire un ou deux écrans.
si tu n'a pas de configuration statique le système va auto configuré  ton affichage a chaque démarrage
le cpu prioritaire (principal) est le gpu intel , avec un ou deux écran
pour bumblebee en multi-écran je ne connais pas
si tu est en bureau étendu , c'est l'écran principal qui est utilisé (celui du portable) pour afficher (tu peu glisser/déposer une application sur l'écran2 par exemple)
tes deux écrans ont une définition identique ? => 1600x900

sinon je vois pas quel est le souci  :rolleyes:
