[résolu] RPI4 firmware et disque externe

bonjour à tous .

bonne et heureuse année .

j'ai cherché le moyen de faire démarrer le raspi 4 sur usb (ssd M.2)

trouvé ceci :  https://raspberry-pi.fr/boot-raspberry-pi-usb/

donc , apparemment , le rpi 4 ne boot toujours pas sur usb .

en conséquence , j'ai voulu modifier le firmware .

pourtant , le démarrage sur usb en bootant sur la carte sd , bien qu'il se fasse , est  horriblement long (plus d'un quart d'heure).
je parle pas du fonctionnement : décevant .
et de l'extinction : calamiteuse . gare à la corruption de fichiers .

je ne sais plus que faire .

connaissez vous la date de sortie du prochain firmware ?
(éventuellement actuellement en bêta)

sur quels points portera t il ?

puis je espérer prochainement un boot sur usb sur le raspi 4 ?

quand ? (à peu près)

le canal irc officiel de #raspberrypi m'a beaucoup soutenu (quoique en anglais) ,

mais , à part utiliser le raspi 4 sur sa carte micro sd , je n'ai pas  encore trouvé de solution .

vous en avez une ?

P.S.: le but du jeu c'est de mettre le systeme sur l'usb et de l'utiliser ainsi .
N.B.: j'utilise noobs pour l'instant .

je n' ai que 5 Go de libre sur la carte sd .

pas assez pour télécharger l'image de  raspbian-full et la décompacter .

un petit coup d'essai avec raspbian-full sur le ssd m'a permis de  voir que çà allait un peu mieux .

je crois que le boot sd/usb fonctionne . pas sûr mais je pense .

j'attends donc des cartes sd , j'y mettrai la version full et je testerai enfin le boot sd/usb sur raspi 4 .

en espérant ...

si vous avez des tuto à me refiler , n'hésitez pas .

la framboise est très chiche là dessus . les tutos , souvent , sont pas  terribles .

trouvé une vieille carte micro-sd samsung 64Go class 10.

je l'ai formatée et j'y ai installé raspbian -- ici -- (la version complète , 2541MB).

trouvé aussi , en fouillant  sur le net , -- rpi - clone -- .

je m'en suis servi pour copier la carte sur le ssd .

en tout cas pas naturel .
et pas évident de se comprendre .

N.B.: le but du jeu , je le rappelle , c'est de faire tourner un raspi 4 sur un disque externe (comme le raspi 3 B+ , en fait) .
