HDMI amdgpu

Bonjour,

ludo@debian-msi:~$ xrandr
Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1920 x 1080, maximum 16384 x 16384
eDP connected primary 1920x1080+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 382mm x 215mm
   1920x1080    144.03*+  60.01
   1680x1050    144.03
   1280x1024    144.03
   1440x900     144.03
   1280x800     144.03
   1280x720     144.03
   1024x768     144.03
   800x600      144.03
   640x480      144.03

apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu

ainsi que :

apt-get install apt install firmware-linux-nonfree firmware-amd-graphics libgl1-mesa-dri libglx-mesa0 mesa-vulkan-drivers xserver-xorg-video-all

apt --reinstall install firmware-amd-graphics

apt policy firmware-amd-graphics

retour pour moi

firmware-amd-graphics:
  Installé : (aucun)
  Candidat : 20190114-2
 Table de version :

pour commencer un lspci

lspci

on peu vérifier ton driver

apt --reinstall install mesa-utils

puis en "user"

glxinfo -B

sinon ceci me semble correct

Re : HDMI amdgpu

Bonjour

Effectivement je me suis trompé.

    amdgpu.exp_hw_support=1
    amdgpu.runpm=0

runpm (int):
Override for runtime power management control for dGPUs in PX/HG laptops. The amdgpu driver can dynamically power down the dGPU on PX/HG laptops when it is idle. The default is -1 (auto enable). Setting the value to 0 disables this functionality.

exp_hw_support (int):
Enable experimental hw support (1 = enable). The default is 0 (disabled).

Re : HDMI amdgpu

apt --reinstall install firmware-iwlwifi

    amdgpu.exp_hw_support=1
    amdgpu.runpm=0

nano /etc/default/grub

l'original

# If you change this file, run 'update-grub' afterwards to update
# /boot/grub/grub.cfg.
# For full documentation of the options in this file, see:
#   info -f grub -n 'Simple configuration'

GRUB_DEFAULT=0
GRUB_TIMEOUT=5
GRUB_DISTRIBUTOR=`lsb_release -i -s 2> /dev/null || echo Debian`
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet"
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""

le modifier

# If you change this file, run 'update-grub' afterwards to update
# /boot/grub/grub.cfg.
# For full documentation of the options in this file, see:
#   info -f grub -n 'Simple configuration'

GRUB_DEFAULT=0
GRUB_TIMEOUT=5
GRUB_DISTRIBUTOR=`lsb_release -i -s 2> /dev/null || echo Debian`
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="amdgpu.exp_hw_support=1 amdgpu.runpm=0 quiet"
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""

un update

update-grub

et reboot
pour revenir en arrière idem

Re : HDMI amdgpu

Comment vérifier que la 5500 est forcé ?

Rien de changé, idem dans :

ludo@debian-msi:~$ glxinfo -B

ludo@debian-msi:~$ DRI_PRIME=1 glxinfo | grep "OpenGL renderer"

Réponse :

OpenGL renderer string: Radeon RX 5500M (NAVI14, DRM 3.38.0, 5.8.0-2-amd64, LLVM 10.0.1)

DRI_PRIME=1 glxinfo -B

te donne le retour de la carte "1"

DRI_PRIME=0 glxinfo -B

te donne le retour de la carte "0"

tu veut lancer firefox

DRI_PRIME=1 firefox

Device: AMD RENOIR (DRM 3.38.0, 5.8.0-2-amd64, LLVM 10.0.1) (0x1636)

=> https://www.clubic.com/processeur/proce … oyens.html

paquet switcheroo-control

apt policy switcheroo-control

switcheroo-control:
  Installé : (aucun)
  Candidat : 2.1-1
 Table de version :
     2.1-1 500
        500 http://deb.debian.org/debian bullseye/main amd64 Packages

le descriptif

D-Bus service to check the availability of dual-GPU

For systems that have both an integrated GPU and a dedicated GPU, this
package by default will force the integrated GPU to be used to save power.

You can launch individual apps using the dedicated GPU by running them
with the environment variable DRI_PRIME=1. Or you can right-click on the
app (while it's not running) in GNOME Shell's Activities Overview
and choose the "Launch using Dedicated Graphics Card" option.

If this default behavior is not appropriate, uninstall this package or
set xdg.force_integrated=0 as a kernel command-line option in your
bootloader.

Device: AMD RENOIR (DRM 3.38.0, 5.8.0-2-amd64, LLVM 10.0.1) (0x1636)

DRI_PRIME=0 firefox démarre bien firefox.

root@debian-msi:~# apt-get install plasma-workspace-wayland

GRUB_DEFAULT=0
GRUB_TIMEOUT=5
GRUB_DISTRIBUTOR=`lsb_release -i -s 2> /dev/null || echo Debian`
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet"
GRUB_GFXPAYLOAD_LINUX=keep
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""
