Bonjour,

Cet après-midi, mon ordinateur portable a planté deux fois. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi, ni comment trouver la source de ces "freezes" intempestifs et occasionnels.

Je décide donc de me tourner vers vous, n'étant pas très compétent tout seul.

je suppose que tu est sous buster , si tu utilise un bureau avec le serveur X , tu peu regarder si pas des erreurs en fin de log

ou sous /home/#user/.local/share/unfichierXorg.0.log

Merci encore.
J'ai pu faire l'installation ; mais même si apt dit que maintenant il est installé, la commande d'installation avait fini par des messages de Warning, missing firmware, etc.
Autrement, voici ce que me donne les erreurs après redémarrage :

a priori il manque quelque chose pour le bluetooth

sous bullseye (testing) je n'ai pas ce ".bin" => "rtl8821a_config.bin"
donc a priori est absent aussi sous buster

attend d'autres avis (une solution) ou pas si pour l'instant pas pris en charge par debian
ps: le dossier est sous /lib/firmware/rtl_bt/

bon déjà plus propre , désactiver le secure-boot si possible et voir si la machine est plus stable  smile

Par ailleurs, en cas de vrais freezes, tu noteras que les fichiers de log ne sont pas d'une grande utilité puisque la machine a... planté et ne peut donc plus rien enregistrer !

J'ai ce petit EePC depuis 2016 et linux dessus depuis début 2020. Je ne l'utilise qu'occasionnellement (peut-être une fois par semaine disons, en moyenne).
Oui, effectivement ce sont des vrais Freezes, pas besoin de guillemets en effet. Je ne peux rien faire à part forcer l'arrêt de la machine. J'ai l'impression que ça m'arrive un peu plus souvent ces derniers temps, mais rien de spécial à signaler. Aujourd'hui, j'écrivais un mail sur thunderbird et j'avais aussi mozilla d'ouvert, et libreoffice writter.

Que me suggères-tu ?

Oui, effectivement ce sont des vrais Freezes, pas besoin de guillemets en effet. Je ne peux rien faire à part forcer l'arrêt de la machine. J'ai l'impression que ça m'arrive un peu plus souvent ces derniers temps, mais rien de spécial à signaler. Aujourd'hui, j'écrivais un mail sur thunderbird et j'avais aussi mozilla d'ouvert, et libreoffice writter.

Que me suggères-tu ?


Peut-être un problème de surchauffe s'il y a un ventilateur dans ce genre de machine (que je ne connais pas du tout) et qu'à force de tourner il s'encrasse -- c'est la maladie classique des portables.
