Donc tu pourras passer à Debian 9 32 bits en faisant une mise à niveau. Si tu veux Debian 9 64 bits, il faudra ré-installer.
Pour passer à Debian 9, voilà comment faire. Je suis aussi récemment passé d'une Handy Linux 2 à Debian 8 puis Debian 9 donc je t'enverrai ce que j'ai fait
Avant tout, on va vérifier que niveau matériel ça ne posera pas de problèmes. Peux-tu donner les retours de ces commandes ?

Concernant la RAM, mieux vaut tester DFLinux Stretch en session live pour avoir une idée, avant de faire la mise à niveau.
