[Résolu] Installation DFLinux sur Asus E402B

Bonjour, je débute sous Linux !

Un ami m'a prêté une cléVentoy, je boote correctement sur la DFLinux 10.5-1, mais impossible d'accéder au menu whisker : juste un truc transparent, pas possible de faire un clic droit sur le bureau, pas de réaction avec ctrl-alt-T
Donc impossible d'envoyer des détails !

Alors qu'une Manjaro sur la même clé est parfaitement fonctionnelle.

Que me conseillez-vous ? est-il possible d'avoir une Debian sur ce matériel ?

et tu ne souhaites pas installer Manjaro ? si tu souhaite vraiment installer Debian, pourrais-tu tester de lancer une session "live sans échec" de Dfiso depuis ta clé Ventoy ?

nous sommes tous différents ... c'est notre point commun ...

installe le paquet "firmware-amd-graphics" en ayant activé le "contrib non-ree" dans ton sources.list


nano /etc/apt/sources.list
 


avec ceci dedans


deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ buster main contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security buster/updates main contrib non-free
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ buster-updates main contrib non-free
 




apt update
 




apt-get install firmware-amd-graphics
 



et reboot

nota:
si tu utilise le compte "root" utilise "su -" (et pas "su")

pour faire ceci démarrer en mode dépannage de debian et activer le réseau (si tu n'a pas la main en démarrage normal )

ps: précise si tu est en wifi ou en filaire pour avoir le net .

Alors, merci pour ça, maintenant, comment puis je faire en session live, puisque je n'accède pas au terminal ?
Pour les non-free, ça doit déjà être en place puisque j'utilise DLinux, mais ensuite ?
Autre solution : j'installe puis je tente la commande ?
Puis je la passer avec un simple sudo ?
Normalement je peux en Wii et via Ethernet

martine indique qu'elle souhaite installer la version DFlinux 10.5-1 donc elle doit utiliser sudo pour l'administration et non su.
Les dépôts contrib et non-free sont effectivement activés.
Le paquet firmware-amd est installé dès le départ donc après avoir installé le système, pas besoin de faire les commandes de anonyme.
par contre je ne sais pas si ça fonctionne pour un test en Live.
Il y a un message d'erreur sur la capture d'écran

VGACON disables amdgpu kernel modesetting

Bonsoir, merci pour votre attention à tous !

J'ai donc installé suite au post de chalu. Hélas, c'est exactement la même chose.
C'est très curieux : si l'on ouvre une fenètre, pour voir son contenu il faut cliquer sur le bureau, puis si l'on sélectionne un fichier sur le fenêtre, il faut à nouveau cliquer sur le bureau.
Le menu apparaît en transparent, les icônes comme par exemple celle du réseau permettant d'activer le wifi sont... inactives.
Je peux accéder au tty, mais à ce stade ne peux sélectionner un point wifi.
Je dois pouvoir tenter ethernet

Je ferais une installation  classique en mettant l’iso de DFlinux seule sur une clé à l’aide du logiciel etcher par exemple.

Si ça fonctionne avec Manjaro et pas avec Debian, on pourrait tenter d'installer un noyau plus récent dans ta Debian (Backports).

J'ai deux pistes, à tester indépendamment sur une installation vierge de préférence :

Solution 1 : Trouvaille avec le message d'erreur relevé par chalu : https://www.reddit.com/r/linuxquestions … desetting/

Pour le tester en session live :

- Dans le menu de boot de la clé, place toi sur l'option "tester Debian" et appuie sur TAB.
- Une ligne de commande apparaît, déplace toi après les mots quiet splash pour ajouter à la suite "amdgpu.dc=0" (sans les guillemets, et si tu es en qwerty, tapes q,dgpu:dc=à )
- démarre avec Entrée et regarde si les bugs sont toujours présents.

Si le test en live est concluant, voici comment l'appliquer sur le système installé :

Depuis ton système installé, édite ton fichier grub avec cette commande :

nano /etc/default/grub


C'est une commande root, donc dans DFiso, ajoutes-y le préfixe sudo :

sudo nano /etc/default/grub



Le fichier est comme ceci dans DFiso Buster normalement :

Pour enregistrer : Ctrl+X, puis la lettre O puis Entrée.

Puis pour appliquer :

sudo update-grub


le changement sera définitif smile

Solution 2 : Hypothèse que Manjaro marche mieux car elle a un noyau Linux plus récent.

Depuis ta Debian installée, essaye ceci :
Essaye d'ouvrir un terminal avec Super + T (Super = touche Windows)
Si ça ne marche pas, passer en console tty avec Ctrl+Alt+F1 fonctionnera aussi

Et saisis ceci  afin d'éditer ton sources.list

sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list



Et ajoute cette ligne à la fin du fichier (dépôt buster-backports contenant des paquets plus récents) :

deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ buster-backports main contrib non-free



Pour enregistrer : Ctrl+X, puis la lettre O puis Entrée.

Puis ensuite, saisis ces commandes pour installer un noyau Linux plus récents (issu du dépôts backports):

sudo apt update


sudo apt-get -t buster-backports install linux-image-amd64


Et redémarre ton ordi. Il y a des chances que ça améliore les choses ! smile

sudo nano /etc/default/grub

J'ai supprimé l'ajout au fichier grub, du coup.

[Edit] me voilà avec un noyau 5.7 tout neuf en plus du 4.19, se mettra t'il à jour avec les commandes classiques ou avec pk-update ?

Oui, il se mettra à jour tout seul wink Il changera de version régulièrement jusqu'au gel de la future version stable de Debian (11 Bullseye) il me semble.

Il se mettra à jour en même temps que tes mises à jour classiques, quelque-soit l'outil utilisé. Si tu as installé la 10.5-1, il n'y a plus pk-update-icon normalement, et les mises à jour sont automatiques. Mais tu es libre de ré-installer ce gestionnaire de mises à jour si tu le souhaites smile

Il me semble que Debian garde toujours 2 noyaux au minimum, donc autoremove doit conserver logiquement le 4.19 et le 5.7 pour le moment.

Quand tu recevras un nouveau noyau, le 4.19 sera automatiquement supprimé normalement wink

je ne m'y connais pas en analyse de logs de ce type et mise à jour de BIOS par contre hmm

Ah, le AMD A6 est donc un processeur récent !

Mais pour les mises à jour bpo je ne crois pas que DFLinux le fasse tout seul.
A mon avis il faut les exécuter explicitement.
