Re-,

[ 8844.409132] [ERROR]Cannot access secondary GPU - error: [XORG] (EE) Unknown chipset: NV117

[ 8844.409172] [ERROR]Aborting because fallback start is disabled.

Bonjour

tu a installé le firmware ?

apt-get install firmware-misc-nonfree

nota : sur un pc de bureau c'est utile avec une GTX960 ( NVIDIA:5 GM206 [GeForce GTX 960] 2308)
mais aucune garantie pour un portable  hmm  (960M)

dans le log de X

NVIDIA(0): NVIDIA GPU GeForce GTX 960 (GM206-A) at PCI:1:0:0 (GPU-0)

ceci => produit: GM107M [GeForce GTX 860M]   roll

comme GM107 me parle j'ai cherché dans ma collection  =>  NVIDIA:4 GM107 [GeForce GTX 750 Ti] 1306

tu a bien détecté ton gpu nvidia ?

[    56.972] xf86EnableIOPorts: failed to set IOPL for I/O (Operation not permitted)
[    56.972] (II) [drm] nouveau interface version: 1.3.1
[    56.972] (EE) Unknown chipset: NV117

[    56.972] (II) modeset(0): using drv /dev/dri/card0
[    56.972] (II) modeset(G0): using drv /dev/dri/card1

[    56.913] (==) Matched nouveau as autoconfigured driver 0  => charge le paquet xserver-xorg-video-nouveau
[    56.913] (==) Matched nv as autoconfigured driver 1
[    56.913] (==) Matched modesetting as autoconfigured driver 2   => charge KMS (pour tous les gpu )
[    56.913] (==) Matched fbdev as autoconfigured driver 3
[    56.913] (==) Matched vesa as autoconfigured driver 4

[    12.118] (II) LoadModule: "nouveau"
[    12.118] (WW) Warning, couldn't open module nouveau
[    12.118] (II) UnloadModule: "nouveau"
[    12.118] (II) Unloading nouveau
[    12.118] (EE) Failed to load module "nouveau" (module does not exist, 0)

installe iwlwifi

apt-get install firmware-iwlwifi

et redémarre la machine

puis

journalctl -r -p err

[    57.232] (==) Depth 24 pixmap format is 32 bpp
[    57.277] (==) modeset(G0): Backing store enabled
[    57.277] (==) modeset(G0): Silken mouse enabled
[    57.278] (II) modeset(G0): RandR 1.2 enabled, ignore the following RandR disabled message.
[    57.305] (==) modeset(G0): DPMS enabled
[    57.305] (II) modeset(G0): [DRI2] Setup complete
[    57.305] (II) modeset(G0): [DRI2]   DRI driver: nouveau
[    57.305] (II) modeset(G0): [DRI2]   VDPAU driver: nouveau
